We had the top of the house, top of the range, front room. It was lovely. Beautifully and simply furnished. Great views across Launceston and up the Tamar in the distance to the right. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the communal balcony. And of course, location is fantastic - a short wander to the centre of town. Despite...

Honestly if you don't live for bars and restaurants and you have been to Litchfield in the NT or the Atherton Tablelands near Cairns where you will see waterfalls and gorges way better than Cataract Gorge there is not a lot in Launceston except being central to going somewhere else - but it's worth going to Launceston for a rest...

The house is beautiful outside and in. Located on top of a hill in Launceston overlooking the city and Tamar Valley providing fantastic views. The room was beautifully decorated and reasonably priced compared with other places we had stayed. Breakfast was plentiful as well. Booked last minute, well actually, we were outside the property and called them. So glad we...

We stayed for one night in the Elizabeth Suite on the last night of our recent trip to Tassie. Our room was spacious, bright and clean. The private bathroom was down a few stairs off the bedroom, and very well appointed. Great breakfast with lots of choices and many local food supplies. A big and bright front room in the...

Magnificent view from the upstairs balcony, very friendly hosts ( at breakfast with privacy otherwise). Beautifully designed room and ensuite - we stayed in Elizabeth. The linens are gorgeous, delicious breakfast.

A historic building with modern facilities in a good location. I loved the elegant style of this hotel. On the balcony, you can see the beautiful town in daytime and the stunning starry sky at night. The breakfast was great with a variety of coffee and tea selections. You can even enjoy your breakfast outside in the beautiful garden. The...

Stayed one night at this gorgeous B&B recently. Lovely room with all inclusions at a high standard. Continental breakfast was more substantial than at most other places with fruit, reasonable coffee and eggs on top of the standard fare. Location is good with views over Launceston. Great value. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night in this magnificent B & B but will definitely be back. It is in a great location with the most comfortable bed l have ever slept in, a very extensive breakfast option for such an exclusive small place. I can not speak highly enough of this place, can't wait to return.

This is a lovely B & B with quaint and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Near to the town centre and parking. Confusing check in! Well, it wouldn't be if I had read the confirmation email but I hadn't.
