We stayed in the Studio for one night and were impressed. It's a clean, modern apartment, well located for the restaurants of central Launceston. It's not huge but well laid out so we never felt cramped at all. Good kitchen and bathroom too. If there was any downside the stairs up to the apartment are pretty tight so it might...

We stayed 3 nights in the Studio -it is one large space with large bedroom area, small kitchen with a little table, and sofa. There is a separate good sized bathroom. The Studio was very clean and had everything you could want -free wifi, free parking, breakfast provisions, magazines, tourist brochures, extra pillows, plenty of wardrobe space, nice toiletries and DVDs....

We spent two nights in mid-March at the Studio apartment, which is above the cafe facing Charles Street. The apartment is large and comfortable, and the kitchen well-furnished. The breakfast provided was a nice touch, and although we weren't brave enough to attempt to use the fancy coffee maker, there was a French press on the counter. We did hear...

I wish I could give it full marks... The location is good, the layout is a bit awkward as the second bedroom is an open loft accessible via a shaky and steep spiral staircase which is not very practical when you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The aircon is very weak and it was...

We love heritage properties and the 2 bdm cottage at 10 Batten Street was a great - a traditional workers cottage but beautifully modernised. Pam was absolutely marvelous and really went beyond the call of duty - even packing and sending a last minute purchase home to us when we could not take it on the plane. We are very...

Stayed at No.10, a home away from home, a short walk to some great cafes and very comfortable. Only comment would be some instant coffee available please, we had a problem trying to get the coffee machine to work, not being familiar with them got a little frustrated. For those with a large car the driveway quite a squeeze, Hyundai...

I'm sorry you found the coffee machine awkward, maybe you didnt find the instructions. As an alternative I provide Vittoria espresso and a coffee plunger, or as you say a 2 minute walk to great coffee shops. The majority of my guests use the parking permit provided which enables them to park right outside the front door in a very...

We stayed in the Terrace Apartment and found it very comfortable. The apartments are well located for seeing Launceston and there is easy parking outside. The Terrace apartment was modern and with everything you could possibly need provided. The design was a bit different, with a spiral staircase from the kitchen and small cosy living area up to the bedroom,...

It’s great to read that you enjoyed some of my key selling points - being the location, the design of the apartments and my attention to detail.

We stayed one night in the 'Terrace' appartment. This appartment is very nocely furnished and tastefully decorated. We had a good night's sleep. The only - and major - drawback is the airconditioning: while the downstairs is perfectly cool on a very hot summer day, the upstairs (where the bedroom is) is not within the airco's reach and the ventillator...

You did experience an unusually hot day for Launceston and it sounds as though you didn’t use the fan provided or open the doors onto the upstairs balconies for ventilation. It is good to read that you enjoyed a good night's sleep along with the location and presentation of my apartments.

We stayed five days of our trip to Launceston in The Terrace and enjoyed having a luxurious home base, virutally next door to several local restaurants and supermarkets and easily walkable to all parts of CBD. Pluses: > Pam stocks the fridge with generous breakfast provisions (eggs, tomatoes, yogurt, juice cereals, no muesli) that you don't need to go out...

We had an overnight stay in Launceston, after an early flight we called Pam and asked if possible to drop off our bags, it was 9am. Nothing was a problem and Pam even had our room ready for us at midday! What a wonderful reception we received, the room was spotless and very comfortable.
