What a fabulous caravan park in a fabulous location. Right across the road from the Blue Lake with walking options galore. The staff are friendly and helpful with great amenities and camping areas. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Stayed in one of the cottages for 2- very comfortable, cosy, generous size, newly renovated throughout with everything that we needed, and very good value for money. Fully functional kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, small dining table and full size fridge, making it very easy to eat in comfortably, and keep our perishables cold on our road trip. Gas log fire set the mood, and provided plenty of warmth when needed. The park is in prime position between Blue Lake and Valley Lake, with a very short walk to any of the lake walks. Great amenities in the park, with brand new pool/water slide, very well maintained extensive grassy areas, plenty of shade, and easy parking right next to the cottage. Hard to see how how our stay could have been improved. There's so much to see in Mount Gambier, we'll be back soon and will stay here again in an instant.…

What a lovely caravan park. Located on the top of the hill overlooking the Blue Lake itself. The amenities were good and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful too. In a few moths time, their new pool will be ready for use.

What a lovely site! We stayed in a basic cabin and were very happy with the size, cleanliness and facilities. The area surrounding the camp site is lovely. The lake was so blue as we drove past that it took our breath away. Cute town, lovely walks……wish we could have stayed longer.

Two bedroom bungalow. The newer cabins were booked out but this one was still really nice, I presume they updated the kitchen and they had a good range of cooking equipment/amenities and an oven which was great. All clean and there was a dishwasher too. The rest of the cabin was also clean except the old spa bath which we didn't choose to use and even a towel cleaning service is provided if needed. Couch was a little squishy but did manage to fit our family of 4. Bouncy pillow was good. Best part was the location. Walking distance to the blue lake and close to many sight seeing locations. Improvements needed. Shower did lose water and go hot and cold occasionally. Tv reception and wifi was terrible and no smart TV. Kids very disappointed with no smart TV and did not want to share a double bed together. For a family of 4 the queen bed and double bed doesn't work. Very busy park. Felt like sardines squeezed into the grounds. Our cabin was so close to the next cabin and right next to a camp site with no space. This made you not want to open any windows as you had no privacy at all. Aircon was ok but not the greatest and no fans in bedrooms so luckily it wasnt too hot. Not much to do except the bouncy pillow as the pool was being renovated during summer. Not sure why all the big 4 have the games rooms cos they are always terrible and you have to pay for everything in them. Overall we enjoyed our stay…

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the bed configeration did not suit, as this is always advised upon booking. There has been alot of people in the park and our WIFI is only for browsing. It is not for downloading/streaming TV shows and movies. The games are not owned by us and we have recently installed PS4's for our guests, which are free to use. We hope you visit again. BLHP

We stayed in the budget cabin which is older. There was a small bedroom with a double bed and a small desk. In the corridor there was bunk bead. The living room had a couch, table and kitchen. There was a heater, ironing equipment and TV. The kitchen was fully equiped with microwave, kettle, toaster and stove. There were plenty of pots, plates, glasses, cuttlery etc. to cook. Even dish soap was provided. The bathroom was small but good. Everything was clean. The lakes are nearby for nice walks. It's a nice place and I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Stayed in a two bedroom cottage. Beautiful location matched the finish and presentation of the cottage. The staff were friendly and obliging from the moment of our check in. The grounds were in keeping with the easy access to the beautiful Valley and Blue Lakes Access to anywhere whether it be the Main Street or other town was easy. A great feature is the walks and views.

Nice big sites with lovely grass, everything well maintained throughout the park and very spacious. Amenities are old but very clean and tidy. Walked from our site around the blue lake. Staff were friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.

Firstly I would like to speak of the positives 1. Great location and close to most of the fantastic walks around Mount Gambier. 2. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good, as we have stayed in many caravan parks and the Wi-Fi can be terrible. 3. We had an ensuite bathroom. It worked well and was functional. The water was hot and the pressure excellent. Negatives 1. Sites are awful, tight and difficult to manoeuvre. Big slopes and not level. Everyone we spoke to said the same thing. 2. We had an ensuite bathroom. We stayed for 10 nights and it did not get serviced once. NOT ONCE!! We ran out of the small soap they give you after the second day and toilet paper after a week. We ended up buying soap and toilet paper to use and we paid extra to have an ensuite. the shower curtain stuck to your body the whole time you showered and was extremely annoying. 3. There is a lot of work going on and we continually tracked mud to our caravan and inside. 4. It was a disappointing stay as we had read GREAT reviews. Others who stayed around us with ensuites bathrooms said the same. Disappointing, considering reviews.…

A great place to stop for a night. Plenty of space on a powered site for our 21” van and simple , clean amenities. Easy check in, reasonable rates and friendly helpful staff. Just a short walk to the Blue Lake and easy access to the city too. All good here.
