We had an amazing stay for a few days.
The accomodation felt like home. We had two bedrooms unit. one with a double or queen bed and one with either a double or queen and a single (sorry I’m not sure what bed they were). Had a seperate shower, seperate toilet, seperate bathroom with a bath, a laundry and a full kitchen with a large fridge. Had a private courtyard with table and chairs.
It had the little touches like washing powder, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, body wash etc. not a tiny amount but a full bottle of each. A clothes horse to hang your clothes... and that’s just a few.
Staff were wonderful
For $150 a night for three people was fantastic.. we will definitely be back.

This was less of a motel and more of a holiday apartment, with three bedrooms and a washing machine (especially appreciated after a couple of weeks on the road). The kitchen was large enough for us to entertain family for dinner, and there was a pool right outside the door (though it being winter we didn't really make use of it).

My husband and I stayed here overnight for a Xmas party, which was across the road at the racecourse. Couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Very friendly people and rooms are comfortable and cosy. It was extremely hot weather and we were very thankful for the cool air conditioning in the room. Although the room was not 5 star, they are spacious and have everything you need. Could get a little noisy if there is a lot of children as the rooms over-look the pool, but there are pool times which prevent any noisy night-time or early morning noise. Overall, I would definately stay here again if I had a function to attend at the racecourse.

Stayed here on stopover and stayed in 2 room unit. Cheap and good value. 70s look and 70s price. Pool good. Located close to race track. Service was fine and nothing really to complain about. It's what you'd expect for the deal. Stayed in room 13- backs on to side road but is noisy. Air-conditioning in one room fan in other. Stairs everywhere not sure if there is a lift. Parking cramped but minor complaints. Close drive to facilities

We stayed here with our 1 yr old as a last minute decision on our way back to brisbane. We stayed in a self contained unit that was surprisingly spacious and although our room was a bit dated it was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The extra space was great for hub (and us!). Our room overlooked the pool which was nice. Centrally located it was a quick trip into town for some takeaway which we brought back to our room. Being centrally located, it was a bit noisy at times. We would definitely stay here again.

WARNING DONT BOOK HERE!
We had just moved over from NZ and needed long term accommodation till we got a rental.
We arrived and the drive way dip was horrible. With kids and luggage leaving and entering would ruin your vehicle.
We got our keys to the room and the room smelt musky and cold. The rooms were hot from the sun beaming. We needed Wifi the wifi couldn’t reach our room. We needed the wifi to apply for houses, or our tv that they hooked up couldn’t play anything it was budget you could bearly hear the people talking.
The only good thing was the pool. We enjoyed the pool.
So once we were inside trying to be positive about the accommodation we realised no this is not what we want for my under 2 2 babies. So we got in the car and looked for something else which we found and did stay the next day we went back to get the rest of our belongings and asked for a refund.
They were angry that the room wasn’t good enough and they said quote “we will have to talk to head office about a refund and it will take 2 weeks or more.” Well it’s been 2.5 months now and we still haven’t heard a word or received anything. We paid in advance up to 1k.
Would be awesome if we could have something back happy to pay for one night we didn’t stay but had some of our belongings there.

Stayed here for business last night and the room was very quiet and was old but clean and homely. I prefer this to some fancy hotel. Reception lady was lovely and very helpful. Will I stay here again you bet I will.

The room was clean, tidy and well appointed. Everything worked and was well maintained. Beds were comfortable.
