Family of 5 staying in a 2 bedroom apartment, lots of room, nice kitchen and the washer/dryer was very useful. We came in 2 cars and both were parked in the garage for an extra $10 which was brilliant as the location meant we barely used them, everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We were four friends headed out of the big smoke for a long weekend to enjoy an all day music concert in the park in the country. Quite frankly we couldn't have chose better. Centrally located The Quest was not overlooking the concert, (which was done by 9pm) we were spoilt for choice for places to go within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A major shopping centre less than a kilometre away made it unnecessary to get in our cars for the entire weekend making for a relaxing time just hanging out friends. Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the top (6th floor) lacked nothing we needed. Completely fitted out with oven microwave large fridge washer and dryer dining space and balcony we could have stayed a week. Would I pick this property again? Yes

Quest Toowoomba represents exceptionally good value for a fully furnished and serviced one bedroom apartment. some items of cutlery and crockery had been hand washed (we suspect) and required a dishwasher cycle. Otherwise a gratifying experience

Selected this property because of proximity to Queens Park during Carnival of Flowers and offer of balcony view to the parklands across the road. Coming from a congested tourist region ease of parking was also a major consideration for us. This is a very good base for visit to main attractions during the carnival including Laurel Bank Park, Ju Raku En Japanese Garden and the Picnic Point lookout. The Botanical Gardens site is at the opposite, northern end, of Queens Park from Quest and an enjoyable walk. However, you can drive and parking is available at the Botanical Gardens. You also need to drive to the other Carnival major locations so perhaps such a CBD location need not be such a high priority for us. Parking at the Japanese Garden and Laurel Bank Park is limited if you have a late start. One bonus was Fitzy’s Restaurant is a couple of minutes walk at most from Quest and the manager was excellent offering a space to enjoy a very good steak meal on a busy night without a reservation. They have a wonderful bar and Byron Bay lager is fine, but I was looking forward to some of the Toowoomba craft beers or even from Stanthorpe being on tap at this restaurant. Comfortable one bedroom apartment here on third floor at seasonal rate of $311 per night.

If I had gone to Quest midweek I think I would have loved it. Excellent location, tidy little studio apartment that was well equipped and clean. Parking was a little hairy but was included in the price which I thought coming from Brisbane was good value.

Sadly, I went on a Saturday night and my dreams of a sleep filled, child free night (a bed all to myself promised bliss!) were dashed. The room was directly above a neighbouring night club and the noise until 2.30 am was diabolical. Even with the air con on, there was no chance of sleep.

As a busy working mum, a night away is a total treat so I was very, very disappointed with the night which equated to three hours sleep in total.

I feel there should be a booking note on the rooms that face the nightclub pre-warning guests of the noise or at the very least they should be offered at a much cheaper rate as your experience in one of these rooms won't be good if you are after a restful night!

Dear Amanda, Thank you for sharing your review on us at Quest Toowoomba. We are so disappointed to read that your stay was so heavily impacted by the noise from the neighbouring restaurant. I'm sure it's fair to say that your 2/5 experience was not in relation to our customer service, cleanliness, or anything specifically related to our property, but rather an outside influence. We will endeavour to discuss this further with the neighbours, and we thank you for bringing it to our attention. We have also made a note that for next time, we will endeavour to keep you away from that side of the building - as busy mum's certainly do deserve a good nights' sleep! We hope despite this, that we are able to welcome you back to Quest Toowoomba.

Finding myself in the need to get out of Brisbane before it went to lockdown, when I would have found myself in a Red Zone and facing 14 days' quarantine on return to my resident state of Victoria, I headed for the Green Zone of Toowoomba.

To my delight and relief, Quest had a two bedroom apartment available. Two bedrooms are a gift when travelling with my second daughter, Miss Seventeen, as are two bathrooms. Do not get me wrong, she is a great travelling companion, and not a demanding, whiny late adolescent. She was delighted with the Smart TV and the ability to log in to streaming services, as well as the relative privacy that the two rooms and bathrooms provide. Often important things for a young person.

The apartment was immaculately clean, and having a full kitchen area and fridge meant that we could get snacks after our excellent meal at Fitzi's Pub and have a quiet evening watching TV and planning our unexpected road trip home.

The booking process over the phone was efficient and quick, staff upon arrival friendly positive and helpful in terms of local knowledge and directions to supermarkets. Toowoomba is different now from when I worked there in the mid 1980s.

Whilst recognising that there are cheaper accommodation options, in terms of the excellent and comprehensive facilities provided, and the high quality of staff service, Quest provides the service for which one pays, consistently.

I would happily recommend Quest Toowoomba, especially when travelling long distances. The extra space and facilities at Quest make the time journeying a little less onerous.

4th time I've stayed at Quest Toowoomba. Staff always friendly, secure carpark is an extra charge (although I assume you could park in the outdoor area for free). No food on site which is a small issue but central location and Uber eats makes this a minor issue really. Clean rooms, good beds, no issues.

Quest is a central location for the planned weekend activities of spending quality time with extended family. Street parking was effortless and there was an extensive choice of cafe and hotel venues nearby. Apartment was spacious and comfortable, including the verandah to catch a cool breeze and pleasant view across to Queens Park.

Business takes me to Toowoomba on occasion, and when making a booking I always make sure I get into the Quest. Friendly and helpful staff just add to the experience. Being located in Margaret Street, it's extremely close to a huge range of restaurants and other facilities, and the location makes it easy to find when coming into town.

After a long day of business travel, I was late in arriving at the hotel. The check-in team took the initiative to reach out to my travel agent to get my contact info and then contacted me to make arrangements to ensure I'd be able to access my room when I arrived later that night. Great dedication and persistence that was much appreciated. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the location very central and convenient. Definitely my go-to option next time I'm in Toowoomba
