With the convenient location just 2 blocks from Toowoomba’s eating district, these serviced apartments are ideal for families. The two bedrooms are well sized and come with heaps of storage. A balcony overlooks Queens Park and northern Toowoomba. A full kitchen comes with washer and dryer. Undercover, secure parking, internal lift and secure access means safety is front of mind. The cafe caters for vegan and vegetarian palates and did excellent coffee early in the morning. Highly recommend these apartments, especially if staying for a few days or for larger families.

Friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't not have been happier with the apartment or location. It was very comfortable, clean and suited our needs perfectly. Just far enough from the city and very quiet. Would certainly stay there again and highly recommend.

Apartments are within walking distance to the city center. Secure parking available. Apartments are large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Management couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. After a night of howling whistling winds and not being able to sleep due to the noise from the wind, management went out of their way to accommodate us and move us to a middle apartment. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They aimed to please and that's exactly what they did. The apartment has reverse air conditioning so whilst the temperatures dropped to single digits outside, our apartment was toasty warm. TV has all channels and Fox so enough channels to find something to watch at night. Bed rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom is equipped beautifully znd the shower bigger than most with a lovely rain head in the shower. Water pressure and temperature is great. Kitchen appliances are great. The microwave doubles also as a regular oven, so cooking a meal is easy. Apartments also have washer and drier in the kitchen do no need for taking half your wardrobe if you are staying for a week or so. Would I recommend Laguna, yes certainly would. …

These are new, modern, clean and well presented units in a great, quiet walk-to-town location. Unit 1 was spacious with a nice outdoor courtyard with lovely landscaping. Booking and contact-less check in communications were first class. There didn’t appear to be any extra steps taken for covid (eg sanitisation) but this seems to be the case in Queensland, generally. In terms of supplies, the unit didn’t fall into the ‘they’ve thought of everything’ category but it certainly had the basics which were appreciated. On site parking is somewhat tight for larger vehicles and street parking is metered and limited. We and other guests had to park in the street when very large vehicles parked on site. There is no visitor parking. I would not stay in unit 1 again. It’s located on the ground floor at the back of the block. The bedroom is located right next to the bin area and front door. We were awoken by inconsiderate guests emptying their bins at 10pm and going in and out of the front door as they left at 6:30am. Also we could not sleep with the air conditioning on. The air con unit appears to be located right next to the bedroom too as there is a loud noise emitted. We found the unit to be quite dark and has limited opportunity for fresh air (it’s pumped In apparently) as you can’t realistically open the living room windows as there are no fly screens. Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We would like to point out that there is a hand sanitiser right next to the entry door which everyone else seems to be able to find and use. This is also the case at our other Toowoomba serviced apartment block. In addition all door handles and common touch points are cleaned and sanitised several times a day. With regards to onsite parking we appreciate that for people with larger vehicles the parking on site could be described as tight but all the car parking spaces are in excess of the stipulated council minimum requirements. There is a sign on the front and back of the entrance door that does suggest that secure parking is available at our 189 Hume Street address with space available undercover for even Large trucks. This site is less than 200 metres away. Unfortunately, with regards to inconsiderate guests, as seems to be more common these days, but unless we are notified there is not much we can do. We actually live on the top floor above where you were staying and were not bothered by noisy guests during the time of your stay. We appreciate your positive comments and those off the vast majority of our other guest where our cumulative score for the one bedroom apartments is consistently over 9.5 on bookin.com and over 4.8 out of 5 on other sites. There is a huge sliding door onto the patio which is screened and the bathroom and bedroom windows are also screened. There is a complete blockout blind on the bedroom window and maybe you had this closed which gave the appearance of the apartment being dark. The first guest we had staying with us in 2019 is still staying with us after 2 years and has just extended his stay. We also have many guests staying for extended and repeat periods we are sorry you had a negative experience staying with us. Thank you for leaving the apartment clean and tidy when you left. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in mid December 2020. I am impressed with the quality of the apartments. They are only 6 years old and have quality appliances and furniture. I love the style and red and black colouring. The apartments are right next to the Hooper Centre and there are shops galore. The apartment has a full kitchen, large fridge, washer and dryer. We would stay here again, as it has style, is conveniently located and modern. Most of all, it is spotlessly clean and it has secure off road parking. Style in the city!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which as it turns out is at a different address and actually probably a better newer building. The apartments are almost brand new, spacious and pretty well fitted out. There was a small outside courtyard area and off street parking. Easy walk to the city for shops, cafes etc. Self check in so next to no contact with any staff. All up a good place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment and we were very surprised with the apartment. It was very spacious, very clean,had a lovely outlook to the garden, had everything you needed (full kitchen,laundry) in a quiet location but central to everything. We had a 5 minute walk to Queens Park, if you like walking we walk to town. The mangers were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We would highly recommend these apartments.

Spent one night here recently in a 2 bedroom apartment and really enjoyed it. The apartment seemed very new and clean, with plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen was probably bigger than mine at home, with a large sized fridge and plenty of bench space. The only downer was the windows didn't open and the sliding door had no screen. I'm a fresh-air freak, so felt a bit stuffy. Overall, a good stay though.

Just so you know there is a fan forced fresh inlet in each apartment that pumps 200 litres of fresh air into each apartment so even of all the windows are closed the air in each apartment is continually being replaced with fresh air. I will freely admit this wasn't our first choice, but the serviced apartments we usually stay at were unusually expensive for a weekend stay. As a result we decided to say about $100 a night and booked here instead. The net result of this was a fortuitous discovery in Toowoomba's hotel scene. This was a fantastic stay - a two bedroom serviced apartment, plenty of space for our whole family, an attached laundry and kitchen shared space, and very comfortable all up. The booking communication was very good and the slightly unorthodox check-in system worked perfectly. It's about a kilometre walk in to the city centre, which is fine in some weather and too far in others but the car parking gets you in and out easily. Overall we'd definitely consider coming back.
