Great Little Town Hotel... nice meals at the pub and good price to... the rooms were clean and comfortable and fit all 5 adults and 1 child for a very affordable price (half the cost of the others in Toowoomba). great staff help for check in and at pub for meals. I will be staying there again next time I visit. :)

Friendly rural pub. The food is tasty and cheap. The service is friendly and the beer is ice cold. There was karaoke and the singers were actually quite good. I usually cringe at karaoke. There is accomodation on site should you over indulge in the cold beer.

Basic single/double/family accommodation with limited kitchen facilities (microwave only for cooking). Rooms gradually being refurbed - nice bathroom, new linens. Great country views and sunset. Also sunrise if you are an early riser.

We had dinner tonight at 6.30pm, 26 March 2024 at the hotel pub.
It is sad to live in a country where the low class dominate everything and the professional people must work themselves into their grave to pay for their life style and medicare. People who came and sit next to us and smoke. My wife asked them not to smoke near you, because we are allergic to tabacco smoke. They just ignore her request. We then went and sat in the rain under the tree to get away from them, and they disappeared. That leads me to think they are just low class terrirists.
To top it all off the manager gave us one hell of an attitude with her dog running around in the pub kitchen.

The bed sheets on the double bed had bleach stains on it and the single bed had black texta marks on it.
The light in the bathroom was not working.
The futon in the lounge room belonged in the tip along with the single chair that had a spring hanging out of it.
The remote in the bedroom for the tv had no back on it or batteries. Stay away!!!!

If your simply staying overnight you well enjoy the clean rooms and quiet night sleep. Stay longer and enjoy the bar meals and walking around the town. They even have accommodation for you horses directly out back of the rooms. Owner is wonderful and can't do enough for you.

Great nights sleep, great bed. Nice quiet place outside Toowoomba easy to get to. Decent meal rooms a fair price would definitely stay here again.

Sooo, for a start I'm not going to name the special, as the title says, I'm local and I don't want it sold out... but I'm 40ish years of age and have ALWAYS said mum made the best r....... & m...... but as Eminem said "I'm sorry mumma" .... you've been out done. If you're passing through or a local, you'd want to hope that this special is on when you call in. Well done guys & gals at the local.

even if I had looked I could have found no fault. clean room, wonderful staff, great food !!! close to toowoomba but far enough away to be in a quiet, peaceful yet welcoming environment. Renee behind the bar and Jacinta who made delicious grilled fish are both such wonderful ladies
