We had a mix up with our original accommodation plan and booked in at Glen Ellen with very little notice... About 5 minutes after booking, we walked up to the house and were let into our room without any problems. (Although it was a little odd when we tried to call them, that the business phone was diverted to the...

I booked this place because of its close proximity to town and because it's a B&B (expecting breakfast to be included), but found out the day before we were due to stay there that breakfast is an extra expense ($12 pp for a continental breakfast), or they recommend a cafe down the road. I'm sure it's probably a very comfortable...

Room was nice and the location was great, across from Queen's Park and 10 minutes from downtown. However, I did have two calls in one day to check on my arrival time, which was a little surprising. Also, I'd prefer that, since the place is a B&B, it served breakfast as the default, rather than not do so -- even...

Lovely property in fabulous location across from Queens Park. The room was delightful and well-appointed. The bedsheets were extremely rough and scratchy though. Before we checked in at 3.30pm, we had alrady received two phone calls chasing us up because they "had to go out shopping". I booked for Bed and Breakfast but on arrival was told we could not...

Stayed here over XMAS while visiting family. The place was quiet, off the main road and had a very comfortable bed. Room was clean and off street parking. There was a cold breakfast provided at a fee but we ventured out at a cafe down the road. Park opposite was a nice view.

We stayed here for one night while visiting friends. The young man who greeted us was a little disconcerting and gave little information. He informed us that breakfast was not available and couldn't remember the name of a nearby cafe where we could eat for breakfast. Two dogs barked at me, also disconcerting. Our room was clean and comfortable but...

Not wanting to stay at an often impersonal hotel, I was pleased to find a B & B adjacent to Queens park. Carmel showed me around the house which I had to myself for the first night and for under $100.00 it had all the amenities I could have wanted, except breakfast which was explained upon my checking in. A...

The B&B is facing the park in the town centre. It is 800 m away from the area where all the cafés and restaurant are and for breakfast, there's a great café just across the park. That makes it a great location. It is quiet and we slept very soundly. The room we had was really lovely, decorated with taste...

Admittedly, my husband & I have been spoilt by having stayed in one of the most beautiful B&B's in Australia (Canberrra) at a much cheaper price, and also my parents ran a successful B&B for a number of years, so we only have that to compare GlenEllen to. Our hosts, although quite welcoming, were not the owners of the place,...

My fiance and I stayed there over the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Toowoomba - we love Toowoomba, so much so we are getting married up there! We enjoy every visit. The location of Glenellen is great, 10 min walk and you're in the centre of town. Accross the road from the picturesque Queens Park. There is...

Dear Hanim, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry we disappointed your expectation of breakfast for two as well as the huge room, king bed, and spa but we charged you only $115 for this and it clearly states on our site and the site you booked through, that it was a room only charge. There are two other BnBs...
