We had booked a Room in the upstairs. However when we arrived, we requested for a downstairs room considering that there is no lift to the upstairs and we had some heavy luggage. The receptionist Joanne immediately gave us the only room available (room 53) at the time. This was an upgraded room which was given to us at no extra charge. This room is at the rear of the building also having a covered car parking spot. The room also had a large size refrigerator and a microwave oven. Cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses were also provided. There was also a small dining table and chairs. The room also had a separate lounge section with lounge seat, lounge table and a television. Only once we noticed some little ants moving around when we kept the window open while we were away for a while. When we told the reception (Joanne), she personally without any delay with some products which eliminated the ants never to return. We really appreciated Joanne’s commitment to keep the guests happy and comfortable. It is also worth noting that the cleaners who serviced the rooms did a fantastic job. We have been to more than hundreds of hotels. But the cleaners of this hotel are the best of all, with no shortcoming at all. Their service is highly appreciated. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it does not serve breakfast. It provides room service for breakfast provided an order is placed before 8pm the previous day. The hotel is located almost at the edge of the CBD and is very close to Queens Park. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and highly recommended.

Travelling from SA to Maroochydore and this was our last stop. Rooms very tidy and comfortable, dinner at Vista excellent and rib eyes very good. Room service breaky cooked perfectly and well worth it, very well priced. If ever visiting Toowoomba again would definitely stay here again as owners/managers so welcoming and overall value for money was excellent.

Very satisfied with all aspects of our one night stay which was reasonable priced at $182 for 2 people for bed and breakfast. There is a restaurant on site which was a bonus on a cold winter's night and meal offerings were plentiful and enjoyable. Room layout very functional and spacious with a lounge and tables and chairs. Sleep comfort was good albeit the bed was on the softer side. Drinks from the fridge are well priced at $5 for can of beer $8 for wine in small bottle. Breakfast provided to the room and was of good quality and a generous serving. All in all it was a excellent accommodation and meals experience.

Stayed at this lovely Hotel whilst in Toowoomba for a night for the Carnival of Flowers.
From the minute I checked in at Reception I knew our stay would be good. Welcoming and friendly staff and a small container of fresh milk provided - always a nice touch for those of us that like our cuppas! Plenty of Tea Bags provided as well and a little biscuit in the room to have with our tea. These small touches often make a hotel stay special for us.
The room was very spacious. We had a room with a Queen Bed and a Single as well as a little breakfast table . It looked out to the swimming pool out the back and had a sliding door and table and chairs outside.
The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable . Well made up with Quality linen
The room also featured a little kitchenette with microwave , small fridge and toaster and dishes so you could self cater if you wanted too. It also had quite a well stocked mini bar with very reasonable prices. (We didn’t use it but If you wanted too the prices were good).
We ate dinner in the restaurant in house and it was very nice. I’ll review separately .
The hotel is well located opposite the Grammar School and about a 15 minute walk to town and the Botanic Gardens - be warned though Toowoomba is hilly.
Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay and I would definitely stay again . Thank you.

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Grammar View and can highly recommend it. All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem and we were always greeted with a smile and helpful advice. The location was perfect for what we wanted and is in a gorgeous part of Toowoomba with tree-lined streets, beautiful houses, and cafes. It was within walking distance to Queens Park and the town centre. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite and the room was large, very clean and looked to be recently (and tastefully) refurbished. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant and had room service breakfast (room service was the only option for the breakfast, you couldn't dine in). I can highly recommend the eggs benedict...one of the best ones I've ever eaten. The beds were of high quality however for someone who doesn't like a soft bed, it was way too soft for my liking and is the only reason I only gave it 4 stars. However, if you like a soft bed, you will be in bed heaven. Thanks Comfort Inn Grammar View...we will return (and hopefully find a room with a slightly firmer bed...hahaha).

Stayed for 1 night recently and was very happy. The rooms were very tidy and the beds very comfortable, room service was available at very reasonable prices and the following morning we had breakfast and it was scrumptious. Service at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and I would definitely stay here again. We also visited the Cobb and Co Museum which was nice and close as are many cafes, parks and restaurants.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn opposite the Grammar School for one night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well appointed. There was a mini bar and a dining room restaurant which operated from Monday to Saturday nights. It was really quiet at night and the shower had great pressure.

Easy parking , 5 minutes the city , double size shower , awesome sized room, bed , omg , soooo comfy and pillows are typical flat hotel pillows. No coffee machine but a good assortment of tea / coffee and also a mini bar available. Room service also for dinner if you don’t want to visit the restaurant. Room 25 is downstairs with the pool right outside, so great if you have kids .

We booked 2 nights so we could attend the Red Hot Summer Tour. Upon check in the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large considering it was a motel room, had a lounge as well as dining setting. Very clean. We ordered breakfast in the morning which arrived hot. The breakfast we ordered could easily outdo any restaurant/ cafe. It was substantial, inexpensive and absolutely delicious. We usually go to Carnival of Flowers each year and would be very keen to stay at this motel again. I highly recommend this motel.
