Our daughter married and we needed a big apartment for us all to stay The 3 bedroom apt was absolutely superb - it was big, clean and comfortable. Ken and Virginia showed unbelievable compassion by preparing another apt for our daughter and new SIL at 10.30pm when their pre-booked accommodation failed to leave out the key, stranding them on their wedding night. So absolutely grateful for their kindness in coming to the rescue.

I grew up in Toowoomba so am very familiar with getting around town, so booked a hotel associated with Annand Mews Serviced Apartments. What I booked was apparently full even though the online booking system stated there were many vacancies and we were directed to Annand Mews instead and were offered the same price as what we originally booked for - which is great service! The accommodation is large, fully catered and clean, we had no issues while we were there. We'd highly recommend a stay if you're in Toowoomba. However, on checkout, we paid the bill and were charged a lot more than we were initially quoted. For 2 nights it came to $470! We could have booked a luxury suite in a penthouse for this elsewhere. The online system stated the total visit price was $235, which is very reasonable for what we got, but we were completely shocked to be charged double. For this amount of money, as a comparison, you can stay at the Mouse Houses Luxury Cabins in the Gold Coast Hinterlands, surrounded by Rainforest, Rivers and scenic walks in a fully catered, 12 birth cabin with a jacuzzi. Toowoomba has had some real improvements over the last few years, but not to the extent that Annand Mews charges night rates. If you can afford it, stay here, it's great, really, but please research the prices first instead of being caught out.…

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in for the week was very spacious, immaculate presentation and comfortable beds. The best feature was having a lockup garage with internal access, very convenient. A special thanks to the staff for make the entire stay an absolute pleasure. Simon Reece

We found the apartments to be quite spacious and every detail thought of, with us not wanting for anything. Clean and inviting, and felt quite safe in the quiet complex. We would definitely stay here again, the Managers were very helpful-good customer experience.

Thankyou Ken and Virginia for making our 2 week visit to Toowoomba a memorable and comfortable stay. We were very impressed with the generous size of the apartments, in fact they are the size of a small house. Having no stairs or elevators to deal with made it very easy getting our luggage in and out. The high standard furniture and fixtures is one of the best we have ever seen and the rooms were immaculately clean. Most of all, the incredibly friendly service from the owners is why we will be back, they were very attentive to all of our requirements, an absolute pleasure to deal with and really made us feel at home. Thankyou Ken and Virginia, we will see you next year.
