Came back late around 10:30 PM and the bedside lamps wouldn't, and neither did the TV. Tried a lot of things. But then 7:20 AM apparently the lamps and TV suddenly got some power and lit up the room. Not the best way to wake up.

Booking over the phone was quick and easy. Check-in was just a matter of paying and asking for the best local Indian take-away. The pool and BBQ area would be fabulous for a family or group of friends travelling together on a hot summer night. We arrived on a cool and breezy afternoon but the clean and refreshing pool was...

Okay the decor maybe a little dated but the staff are friendly , the beds are good and the water is hot. Value for money is very good. The room we had was very clean. Because we had a room towards the back no traffic noise.

For the price we couldn't fault it. Quiet, clean basic family room. Staff very friendly and helpful - just what we needed following a long drive with a carsick kid. Staff offered help with accessing laundry and cleaning gear. Greatly appreciated. Lovely private pool area with BBQ and table tennis to keep the kids occupied. Ample parking for a large...

Had a good stay. Staff we helpful & friendly. The room was very cosy, bed was comfortable. It was great to have a bathroom you could move in.The only complaint I have is the noisy people at 5 o'clock getting ready to leave.

Very comfortable, the only issue is that the parking is a bit of a shamble...... Everything worked in the unit, good location. Instructions on how to work TV a bit vague initially. If you have milk in coffee ..... maybe ask for extra. I'm nit-picking now.....On the whole great and look forward to my next visit.

Like many country visitors to Toowoomba, we are here for a trip to the specialist. So we appreciate the TLC from management as we will be a bit fragile after the procedure. Close enough to all of the hospitals and day-surgeries

While travelling through Toowoomba on a reasonably long trip we stayed here based here based on previous reviews. Unfortunately the reviews and our experience didn't add up so maybe we were just unfortunate.. While out on the balcony looking around the property we noticed a man sneaking around the parking lot in between the cars who then started to make...
