this motel has the one disabled access room. it is well layed out with ample space for a wheelchair. A commode chair is supplied but we always bring our own as it is custom built. the roll in shower is great and has the up/down hand held shower. for my sons commode chair the toilet is too high as he needs a lower bowl to be able to use it efficiently but for others its fine. there is a great bench he can roll under to eat at and the table is also a good height. the queen bed he uses is a good height and we dont need to use raisers under the legs. it is firm but comfortable. the only downsides are that he cannot roll under the bathroom basin nor can he easily reach the power point in the kitchen. the kitchen sink is also hard to use as he cant get the chair under it either. those things are not a major issue for us or anyone not traveling alone but could be difficult for a solo wheelchair person. its a lovely clean room and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. we have stayed there a few times now and will most likely do so on future trips to Toowoomba.

Stayed in this motel for a night during the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend. The room was large, clean and excellent value for money. Car parking was right outside the room and the car parks were flat and undercover. There are a number of eateries directly opposite the motel, so finding food for your evening meal is not going to be a problem. This place is not '5 star', but it doesn't pretend to be. If (like us) after a long drive, you're looking for somewhere safe, clean and reasonably priced to stay the night this place is ideal.

We stay at this Motel when we travel to Toowoomba. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is always clean and the beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows to choose from.
The motel rooms are set back off the main road and it is very quiet.
The motel is within walking distance to the Southern Hotel if you require food or drinks.

We are repeat visitors. As usual, the room was spotless. The service was also first class. The advantage of having a major shopping centre within easy walking distance is very convenient.
The fact that the units are spacious and self contained, coupled with the very reasonable tariff, makes it easy to recommend them.

We have stayed at Jeffery’s many times now and each time it’s so easy to book with very helpful and friendly staff. It is always extremely clean and has all you need. I highly recommend Jeffery’s and will continue to use it myself every time I’m in Toowoomba.

Could not fault the room. The cleanliness was the best. Bed was so comfortable, pillows were soft n fluffy, just the way I like them. Staff were amazing. I arrived late and access to the key and directions left for me made it easy to find. I enjoyed the best sleep in a long time. Will definitely be staying there again. The rates were were very reasonable.

The beds were really comfortable and slept without any disturbance. The room was super clean and fresh. The shower was great temp and plenty of water preasure. Super kitchen facilities in family room, that felt homely.. Very friendly recepiton on the phone and in person.

The location is perfect for accessing Echo Valley Motocross Club. Across the road from the Southern Hotel for dinner. Good size room, very comfortable beds, and the bathroom had a great shower. I would stay again.

Lovely, large, clean and comfy room. Self contained kitchenette. VERY quiet - set back from Ruthven Street. Yes, it’s a distance from the main city area but it’s no problem as you will have a car anyway. Close to shopping centres and the fabulous Southern Hotel - just a 2 minute walk across the road for great meals. Top spot to stay.
