This accommodation is a great location and very well set up. The customer service here is excellent. I would have loved to have tried their restaurant. Maybe next time. Thank you for making our visit very welcoming. Make sure you book in for this accommodation as it appears to be very popular and I can understand why.

Very clean place restaurant was great , good sizes and very tasty. Room size ok for this type of accommodation, only improvement would be shower pressure not great. Staff happy to help. One more improvement would be longer opening hours for breakfast 6 to 9 am not good enough in this day and age.

We really enjoyed out stay at Potters. The managers we delightful and very friendly. Our room was large, comfortable, modern, warm and clean. We enjoyed happy hour cheaper drinks and a light dinner, which was all we needed after our lunch at Rosalie House. Would certainly recommend and will stay again.

Could not vault this place. Great location and venue. The king size bed was perfect, clean and tidy with plenty of room to move. Balcony with two seats. The bath towels were soft and large. Plenty of off street parking. Restaurant attached with reasonable priced menu. Very close to Grand Central shopping centre. The receptionist was friendly and funny.

Our “go to” place to stay in TOOWOOMBA! A lovely ambience-It feels like a home away from home.There we’re even books for children in their library .The staff are always very professional,friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows are sooooooo comfortable and the rooms are always spotless. The rooms for accessible access are excellent and spacious.

We booked on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed. Very spacious room, comfy bed, big tv, large shower. Super clean. One tiny comment would be more coffee, sugar sachets. We had booked elsewhere for dinner but enjoyed a couple of drinks here first. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Very reasonably priced. Great coffee and the chef accommodated with my crispy bacon request. No complaints. Was cooked just the way we liked it. Service was wonderful. Bec on reception was very helpful and cheery as was every staff member we came in contact with. Thanks to all for a great stay. We’d definitely stay again.

We booked a one night stay at Potter's Boutique Hotel for the Toowoomba Flower show and we weren't disappointed. Well maintained clean rooms (we had an Executive Room) coffee machine, comfortable bed and nice soft pillows. Located close to the CBD and walking distance to the beautiful parks. Bonus of an excellent restaurant on site as well. We had a delicious dinner with cocktails as well 🙂 The staff are all very friendly, extremely approachable and very helpful. Thank you for a much enjoyed stay. We will be back again and this time for more than one night.

This hotel far exceeded expectations. A very friendly welcome to an extremely clean and well kept property. Amazing service, spacious rooms with thoughtful touches like biscuits, chocolates and a selection of teas rather than just English breakfast. And the beds… slept like a baby! Location is fantastic. Close to the shopping centre for shops, supermarket and theatre etc. I didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant and bar but it looked lovely with happy hour etc. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
