We stayed in a 2 bedder and got a Ruthven St view with good sized balcony. Rooms have big windows and are great size for 3 adults. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (even a small equipped laundry) - value for money spoils! This is our 'go to' place when staying in Toowoomba and have a good experience each time. :)

Look no further. Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge, extremely quiet and was in an unbeatable location where you can walk to everything. The views from our 3rd floor balcony (room 320), were great, as we looked out over the Town Hall with it's Xmas light display. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, and I struggle to understand why some previous reviews didn't share this view. Rooms were clean, and did I mention the beds? Extremely comfortable! Easy secure parking, with a visitor park for quick drop-offs. The spa was lovely, though the heated pool wasn't heated to a suitable temperature at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.

Stayed for two nights in a one bedroom apartment which had everything you needed. Large refrigerator fully stocked kitchen with all utensils etc great for longer term guests. Apartment was clean warm and inviting. Check in was smooth with onsite parking and so close to everything with the Empire theatre and Grand central shopping centre a two minute walk.A lovely roof top spa to relax in at the end of the day with pool towels supplied at no charge. Free wifi with good speed also supplied at no charge found Toowoomba Central apartments to be good value definitely recommend and we will return.

The only saving grace were the reception staff who were all very professional at their job.
The shower head did not work properly and the shower and bath were far from clean. The apartment was advertised with spa but on arrival there was a notice in the lift advising the spa is not operational. Carpets were badly stained and the apartment had a weird smell to it. All of that would have been something I could turn a blind eye to but when we went to turn the bedroom ceiling fan on, it would not work. The bedroom was quiet small and with no ventilation causing it to be hot and stuffy. Duncan's (the manager) solution was simply to send one of his staff with a pedestal fan. The fan was filthy, noisy and wobbled. There was no attempt to discuss or rectify the issue. For the price of the room, it would not be far fetched to expect at bear minimum a fan. The bedroom was so uncomfortable we only stayed one night instead of the 2 nights we booked. On checkout, Duncan was not available.
Amazing reception staff and location however would not recommend Toowoomba Central Plaza hotel. Rating of 2/10.

The property is in need of an update. The furnishings are worn and the only air-conditioned area in a 2 bedroom apartment is the living area. The kitchen is large and spacious enough to cook for a family of 4, and the fridge is family sized. The location is convenient and close to a Woolworths - within walking distance. There are also laundry facilities in the 2 bedroom unit. The bathrooms are clean but very outdated. There is car parking available and was included in our room rate.

For a studio, it was a good size room - kitchenette had all that was needed and room was serviced daily. All that was needed was a lounge/chair to relax in rather than the bed (which seemed like a small queen) or business desk chairs. Stools and tall glass table aren’t particularly practical, but eating at desk was. Pretty clean, and in a top location, with secure parking. Great shopping and eateries in short walking distance. Would recommend and stay again.

Good handy location, but was overcharged by $55 for the room on advertised price. Room was smallest I have ever stayed in at Central Plaza. We were clearly able to hear People in adjoining room like they were in the room with us, they were still shouting, laughing & calling out to each other & finally quietened down at 11.40pm. Shower drain had caked soap jammed into it & spider living next to shower. Shower head was half blocked by calcium build up. Pillows were flat & I had to resort to putting pillowcase onto decorative pillow to use.

I was in Toowoomba for work and I stayed at this hotel. Firstly, the good things: the location was very central, good coffee shops and food nearby and free parking in the hotel. I was upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was well equiped with everything I needed and I was also given a gift bag with wine and snacks. The restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 but room service was available. The only downside I can really think of was that the air conditioning did not work all of the time and the apartment could use a bit of an update. The main bedroom had a smashed mirror and it looked like it had been smashed for a while. Also, the receptionist upon checkout was not overly friendly but I put that down to her being busy.
Overall, my experience was a positive one and I would stay here again.

My stay at the Toowoomba Central Plaza Apartment Hotel was for a single night for work. The good aspects: central location, restaurants are close and there is the normal range of facilities in the room. The minuses: adjoining rooms and outside areas are noisy, service at reception was non-existent on arrival (a sign saying back in 10 minutes and multiple people waiting to book in and no back-up staff) and the room fittings were both dated and many were disconnected and dusty. So far as value for money, central Brisbane accommodation represented better value at a lower cost. Recommendation: suggest you look around Toowoomba before you book this one.

Room was large and comfortable. Decently equipped and a great location. Lady k. Reception was polite and helpful. The rooms are somewhat dated and showing wear and could be cleaner - (limescale and rust on the shower) fine but I’ve stayed in better
