Hotel's Favourite
This is the best place to stay in Toowoomba. The management is doing a great job and the motel has a very new and modern look. It is at a safe and convenient location. The quick and easy check-in makes it more wonderful. All the staff and managers are very polite and friendly. Due to what I experienced at this place, I have visited it 3 times in a month. I would stay at North Point motel more than anywhere else in Toowoomba.

The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Walls were thick so couldn’t hear visitors in rooms next door. Easy access to the main road. Staff were friendly. Free Netflix. Parking not assigned to rooms but plenty available. Next door to a food works if you needed anything.

Newly renovated room was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with small kitchenette. It was convenient for me to access my flight next morning at the Wellcamp airport around 25 minutes away. Easy to walk across the road to the Hotel for a meal in the evening.

Beautiful clean and spacious rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in wasn't a hassle as we got there just on closing time of the office, but they waited as they knew we were coming. Will definitely stay here again, as it is just 5 to 10 minutes out of the cbd of Toowoomba.

I cannot speak highly enough of this motel, I booked direct and from the first interaction this Motel exceeded my expectations. I was travelling with my elderly parents (both 88 yrs) who required the disability room and Angela was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, beds are very comfortable, even my Dad who has sleep issues slept very comfortably. Both rooms had a small galley kitchen which was just enough and made it easy to prepare our coffees and a light meal in the evening, I travel to Toowoomba for work and usually stay in the city but I will absolutely be using this motel for work as well.

Beds is lovely & comfortable shower has great pressure. Quit, carport if you have a car for some rooms. Pub up the road has great meals & frienly staff. Five minutes down the road for shopping mall & supermarket.

This is a lovely place to stay it appears to be quite new and we found it absolutely clean and tidy, is very handy to everything, across the road from a pub with a fantastic view and nice parking right outside the door. ID say it's only 10 minute drive into the middle of town. I would definitely stay here again. I thought pricewise it was excellent value for money and the bed was super comfy.

Our three nights stay at the Northpoint Motel was perfect. Checking in was breeze. I parked the car right outside the door of our room, no lugging heavy suitcases etc up steps or to an elevator. The room is very spacious and well set out, the bed very comfortable, full size refrigerator, cook-top stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, everything you need if you wish to cater for yourself. The bathroom is huge by most motel standards, the shower area is very spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, both inside the room and outside in the grounds. It is perfectly located with the Blue Mountain Hotel just across the road, a Foodworks store right around the corner, fuel station on the next block and it's really only about 5 minute drive straight into the city center. We love staying at Northpoint when we’re in Toowoomba. The last visit recently would have been our 5th stay there over the past few years. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, I’d say the layout of the motel grounds is ‘cosy’, but still quiet and fairly private. The rooms are modern, ALWAYS very clean and tidy and facilities are functional for both a short and long stay. One of my biggest qualms with most motel/hotel rooms is the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower, beds etc. Northpoint seem to do a great job in ensuring linen is in good condition, showers are free of mould/dirty grout or silicon and toilets are clean and fresh. We are always happy to come back for a repeat stay because of the quality and pride in the rooms and staff. Keep it up :)
