We spent five nights here recently and didn't enjoy it at all. Our room wasn't clean (hair in the bed, empty water bottles under the bed and a cigarette butt in the jar on the balcony) when we arrived and the building's common stairwell smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The room we had (facing the street) was very noisy with... More

The room look so tired and old not same as the picture that advertise on the webside. The Kitchen look old and smell so bad all the time in cupboard. Really disappointed with this apartment. That way we book it But the room not too bad. Please go back to the webside for booking and change all the picture.

Pictures show a place that is not as the pictures suggest!! Overpriced for what you get : broken towel rail and shower screen in bathroom; kitchen was poor with minimal pots/cutlery and crockery (for four people = four small bowls!); beds terrible, no doona covers etc. Very tired and basic. We were really disappointed at the lack of quality for... More

Spent a few days here early September and found it an excellent experience. We had a two bedroom apartment which had everything you needed. It was spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly. The apartment is near to public transport if you need it, near to shops and cafes. Loved it and would... More

Fabulous. The apartment was well-appointed, modern decor, beautifully furnished, easy to keep clean, and very comfortable. Main bedroom had a king size bed, built ins and an ensuite. Great views from here with a small verandah. Second bedroom was a bit cosy with not much spare room, other than the adjoining verandah. Built in robes here too. Separate bathroom (... More

We were in the Gold Coast in July so the apartment didn't get any sun in the lounge area and it was cold - and the apartment wasn't really set up for cold weather. The apartment we were in was a bit dated - the bed was really uncomfortable - you could feel the springs digging in and there were... More

We booked two of these apartments for 7 night's from 13 August. On arrival we were allocated apartment number 2 & 10. It appears that some of the apartments are private homes and judging by their balconies and garden areas they are probably very nice. On the positive side, they are spacious, excellent parking garage and nice compact communal pool... More

We have just returned from a week at the Bayview Bay Apartments. They are clean and affordable apartments in a quiet location away from Surfers Paradise and great for families with small children. The only down side for us was how long it took to get everywhere. There is a shopping centre down the road, quite close if you have... More

We had a two bedroom apartment (thankfully on the ground floor), beautifully located and looking over the small marina. Complex has its own boat ramp for guest use, and it is a very short ride along the canal to the Broadwater. Complex was quiet and tidy with a beautiful pool and barbecue area in front, however the room was very... More

“It appears that these condos are owned and rented out by different agents and owners. My advice is to check where the condo is exactly; ensuring that it is clean and well maintained. Avoid Unit 48! Top floors too if you have lots of luggage.”
