This is a fantastic location close to a wide range of cafes, restaurants, shops, parks and playgrounds to suit everyone. A patrolled beach is directly across the road and our room had a wonderful view of the oceanfront. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating when we needed last minute accommodation. Rooms were modern and very clean and had everything you needed.

This is the best place as a couple we have stayed. We have stayed elsewhere on Kirra Beach but IconicKirra is the best. we will certainly be coming back here for our future holidays in Coolangatta and we stay in Coolangatta many times a year. I would live here if I could.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iconic Kirra Beach Resort. The staff were very friendly. Our 3-bedroom ocean view apartment on the 11th floor provided great views of the ocean and coastline through to Surfers Paradise. We enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony. A short walk from the resort entrance and you are on the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and pool area was great. The secure parking had parking space specifically allocated by apartment number. The Iconic is in a quieter and more relaxed location, than staying in Surfer's Paradise. We would definitely stay here again.

The booking process was easy to navigate online, we checked in online providing a Driver's licence on a secure platform.
The apartment was comfortable with two balcony's, one with hinterland views and hinterland / ocean views. Perfect vantage point to see whales with binoculars.
ICONIC is located across from Kirra Beach, an easy walk to Coolangatta and Point Danger.
I apartment was fully self contained including a full size. Fridge. I used the front load washing machine and drier to wash my beach towels prior to departure.
We departed early 3.30 am exiting the garage easily. As per instructions from reception staff I accessed the after hours entry, dropping my access cards in box.

This beautiful resort is fabulous!! The welcome from reception was fantastic, and then when I opened the door to my apartment, it was fantastic!! Spacious, clean and bright, I had even been upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. The iconic is worth every cent and the location is so close to the beach, sensational restaurants and cafes. I will definitely be back!!!

The Iconic Kirra Beach is a great aparthotel situated in a great location with stunning views over Kirra Beach.
The apartment we had on the 11th floor was a great size, very clean and in excellent condition.
The Iconic has lots of local restaurants and cafes/ coffee bars in easy walking distance.
All the staff at the Iconic were professional and friendly and could not be more helpful, even when we found and injured pigeon on our balcony Susan stepped in and collected the pigeon and took it to safety.
I cannot praise the Iconic enough and look forward to visiting again

Amazing location on one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. We booked a studio hotel room as we were only staying 3 nights. The room was spacious for a hotel room, and equipped with everything we needed. There is also a shared laundry between 2 rooms. There were so many amazing places to eat near by. Beach/pool towels are not provided in the rooms, however you can hire a beach towel from the hotel for $10.00. We stayed in 1305/2 and it was great,however the view was of the mountains and airport which we were aware of. Our room had a queen bed, a small sofa and a bar table with 2 stools plus a spacious bathroom with a shower.There is also a verandah.

Fantastic position right across the road from Kirra. Each..direct access to beach about 200 metre walk to the water….good flat well serviced beach access paths….surf flags another 100 metres away at Kirra surf club. Swim between the flags, rips are pretty bad and you’ll get swept away. Apartment overlooks the water..plenty to look at from the apartment balcony which sits an easy 4 people…everything you need in the apartment. Basic cook wear and full kitchen, and washing machine etc. 2 Comfy king beds in seperate room and 2 king single in the 3rd room. Very clean and tidy..all linen supplied.. ….nice pool area that gets sun all day, bbq etc, and small gym if you feel inclined. …plenty of restaurant choices around to eat, and the Kirra beach hotel,is great… Reception staff are more than helpful.. We are from the Gold Coast hinterland and it was a great stay down the Gold Coast, we’d stay again and recommend…

Apartment 401. Very disappointed when we arrived. The outdoor chairs were so broken there was no way we could sit on them. Iconic need to do quality control for sure. There is no way these chairs had been worn out over night. They had been broken for months and nothing done about them. We arrived on a Saturday and replacement chairs were nit brought till Monday so we used our dining chairs outside, didn’t care if they got wet it’s not good enough. Second problem was the oven. I hv a smeg oven so I was sure I knew how to work it. NOT. I had to get one of the staff up and they couldn’t get it to go either. The S was on the screen ( it was on showroom mode) everyone before us can’t of used the oven and put it in the too hard basket. The maintenance guy had to come on the Monday and reset it. It worked fine after that. The apartment was clean. Apartment was so noisy even with the doors and windows closed. People talking out on the street from the restaurant below and the traffic. We hv stayed in other apartment buildings in Kirra and hv never experienced this much noise. Only fans in the two bedrooms and the master had air con. Will NOT be staying again

Hi Peter! We have towels available for rent at our front desk - they are $5 per towel for the entire stay. You can certainly bring your own if that is convenient as well. Your apartment also has a washer and dryer to freshen anything that you require during your stay.
There are more places to choose from in the Coolangatta area.
