We returned for our second stay this year, and again the fabulous Rainbow Bay Resort did not disappoint , the rooms are spacious with fantastic views. The resort is surrounded by beaches , walks and places to eat, very well situated . A big thank you to Shane and Susan , our flight home was cancelled and we had to find one more night’s accomodation and they both went above and beyond in helping us out and it was very much appreciated . Our next visit to the Gold Coast will definitely include another stay here again ! Kel, Kody and Sherree

We stayed a few days in a 2 bed apartment. Hosts Susan and Shane are nice people and are doing a great job. The resort is a block back from the beach. Our room had an narrow beach view, somewhat obscured by the units closer to the beach. Higher floors maybe better. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. Large balcony. Well equipped with very comfy bedding. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Ironing board, hair dryer, ceiling fans and aircon the living area. The pool is small but clean. Good for kids or a cooling dip. Sauna and spa are good. Bath towels, tea towel, some sachets of clothes wash and dish wash powder supplied. Good enough for a few days stay. Bring your own beach towels, shampoo & conditioner It is in a very quiet location, we had zero sleep disturbances, which we appreciated, but the drawback is, it is a bit of a walk to the main shops and most restaurants. It's a trade off. We'd be happy to stay again.…

We stayed 8 nights at this fabulous resort. The location is perfect overlooking Snapper Rocks and the great surf break. Our room was spacious and clean with fantastic views from our large north facing balcony. You are only a short walk to 3 beaches and some very nice cafes, restaurants and shops . The resort Managers Shane and Susan were lovely and very helpful. The weather was not in our favour this time so we will be back , come and stay here and support all the businesses in this area who have done it tough recently , they will appreciate it and you will have a wonderful holiday… Kel, Lisa and Sherree

This is the second time we have stayed at beautiful Rainbow Bay Resort. We loved our stay once again and we will be back. The managers are so welcoming and friendly. Susan is such a lovely lady, going out of her way to ensure our apartments were beside each other and they was so clean and beautifully furnished. We spent loads of time in the warm pool and the spa. The location is perfect. Its in a quiet part of Coolongatta and very close to the beach and shops. Lovely balcony with ocean views. It just ticks every box. Definitely recommend taking bikes. Loved our stay! Thanks again!

Have spent many years holidaying in Rainbow Bay & can’t believe we haven’t stayed here before. Great ammenities and lovely clean apartment. Beautiful warm pool & spa for winter. Plenty of room in the apartment, huge balcony and great kitchen set up. Lovely view of the ocean.

Perfect location. Good size apartment. Nice pool area. Walking distance to everything. Susan was fantastic when our taxi failed to turn up to take us to the airport. Not a problem, I'll drive you there myself. How's that for service.

DOUBLE BOOKED OUR ROOM - and yet we booked first online and they gave our room away to a phone booking 2 hrs later The woman didn't even apologise and actually said she did't give a "xxxx". Absolutely appalling unprofessional behaviour plus the fact that we booked and PAID online and 2 hrs later we got a phone call saying she had just taken a booking on the phone and the room was already booked. We quoted the confirmation email and the time of booking - but all she said was "our system doesn't show the bookings until the next day". WE HAVE NOW BOOKED INTO THE OAKS HERVEY BAY RESORT AND SPA

Another great holiday at Rainbow Bay Resort. Such a beautiful place. Our unit has everything we need and has plenty of room. The verandah is huge and has plenty of outdoor furniture and we love the BBQ area. Shane and Susan are extremely friendly, genuine and caring people who bend over backwards to help you. There is easy access to shops, cafes and the beautiful beaches are less than a minute or so walk. Will be back next year 😊👍🏼
