This motor inn is in a great location very close to the Bundaberg CBD and the Bundaberg Railway Station and an easy drive to anywhere in Bundaberg. The room we had was spacious enough for us, clean and well appointed with a microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and hairdryer. The lovely lady at reception when we arrived gave us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We recently stayed at the motel for three nights with a bus tour group of 20 people. We dined at the motel restaurant for two of those nights and had breakfast on all three mornings before setting out to explore the sights of Bundaberg and the Discovery Coast. The staff were exceptional helpful and understanding as they coped with feeding such a large group of mature-aged travellers. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed linen crisp and snow white and the beds were extremely comfortable. I made use of the motel swimming pool at the end of each busy day and found it quite refreshing. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this motel mainly for the reasons stated above but also because it i only five minutes gentle stroll into the heart of downtown Bundaberg.

I stayed in this hotel many years and loved the location so decided to see if the years had been kind - and my word they were! Reception was super friendly (and shared the same birthday as me - so now friends for life!), the room was very very clean, neat, spacious and modern. The shower was hot and had great pressure and the bed and lounge chairs (yep a separate sitting area - always a winner) were comfy meaning a great sleep. Even tho you are on the main road and over the road from the train station, noise really was very minimal. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here as a family unit of three while participating in sports event. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and obliging. All facilities needed including use of a guest washing machine (free of charge) which was a lovely bonus since washing was required daily. Close to all amenities.

The staff are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
The room and fittings are in excellent condition, and so very clean. You can tell everyone working here enjoys doing so and adopts a professional approach to their work. They succeed in meeting their high standards - couldn't fault them.
Such a lovely feel to this place - very warm and genuine hospitality.
With the desk, wifi, and smart TV that can act as a computer monitor you are well equipped to work from your room if necessary. There are also conference facilities.
On site dining and function facilities offer a wide range of fare, celebrating excellent local produce. Truly delicious meals. There is also room service.
Huge and comfortable bed, quiet and effective air conditioning, easy to use and good pressure shower.
Great facilities, a pool, and in the heart of Bundaberg.
Bundaberg has so much to offer, and this special place to stay will help make your visit a very happy one.

This motel had good reviews, but our experience was spoiled because they messed up our room booking. We booked an Executive Family Room which had two separate bedrooms. We booked directly with the hotel (not a third party), two weeks before arrival and received an email confirmation stating the room type and price. However, when we checked in we were told that room was not available and all they had was a standard family room (all beds in one room). It was the end of the day and we didn’t particularly want the hassle of trying to find a two-bedroom unit at another motel at short notice. The management blamed the internet booking system and told us that this kind of thing happens often! Somehow, that didn’t make us feel any better. Perhaps it is time to fix the booking system so this doesn’t keep happening! No compensation was offered, and we were charged the normal price for a standard family room. Had we known before arriving that the room we had booked was not available, we would have re-booked in a different motel.

The facility met all of our expectations. The location near the train station was perfect. We needed an early breakfast to be ready for our day trip and the restaurant opened early. The management was wonderful and handled a big problem for us.

Great place to stay. Short walk into town or to any of the other food shops around. Short walk to any of the hospitals. Room was quiet and very clean. The menu is fantastic showcasing local items five star meals and I’m a real foodie. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to get a different door buzzer as it’s horrendous and actually hurt my ears.

I found the customer service here outstanding. Billy at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went to a lot of trouble to help me with my bicycle when I was unable to remove the pedals for train transport. The food was tasty and well priced. The motel is located very close to the railway station and a short walk from the town centre. The room was quiet and clean.

Stayed here for business and found it very clean and comfortable. Was also very spacious and I liked that unlike most hotels in the area that have a queen and a single, it had two queens which meant that no one has to draw the short straw and have a smaller bed.
Good facilities, in room dining was a nice bonus and although the air con isn’t near the beds, the room still got very cold. Located close to the main drag and plenty of food options within walking distance.
Will definitely return when next in Bundaberg for work.
