First off the manager who checked me in couldn’t have been nicer, plenty of information is provided and he was very helpful.

We had tried to book into a previous motor lodge that we had used but they were full so we asked for a recommendation and this was how we ended up here.

The rooms are VERY CLEAN the bedding was crisp white and fresh.

The bathroom came with an accessible shower and a shower stool so straight off I was happy, trying to lug around 2 extra legs on hot days is not my idea of fun so being able to access the shower is a bonus.

Little toiletries are also provided in the form of shower gel and shampoo again all very welcome.

The rooms are a little bit dated, but you can live with that because they are so clean.

There is a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, cutlery plates etc in a little ante/ dining room but you’re not allowed to cook in the rooms and a take out menu is provided in the literature left for you to read.

Nowhere to wash out dishes you use or the cutlery so it had to be the bathroom sink, which I really didn’t like.

I had the absolute joy of saying hello to the room attendants the first morning I was there, a lady and a guy with dark/light hair what an absolute pleasure it was to chat with them, so funny and very, very welcoming and down to earth. Those staff are a credit to this motor inn.

We were only there for a few days just passing through on our way to Rainbow Beach it was acceptable and very clean, would I go back, yes I would but only if I was unable to get my first choice again.

We recently stayed in a family room at Acacia Motor Inn. The managers were very obliging and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We were most grateful as Tom (manager) organised another car parking space for us as we had two cars. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and certainly do a great job with the cleanliness of each room. All rooms are on the ground floor with easy access from the front or back of the Motor Inn. I would not hesitate to stay at Acacia Motor Inn when visiting Bundaberg again. Thank you again!

I travel all over australia and stay in all levels of accommodation.
Well I was blow away with how clean the room was compared to some 5 star places I have stayed.
I stayed in room 19 no street noise.

Good size room and bathroom.

Powerful shower good AC.

Short walk to restaurants that charge back to the room.
Reception has a selection of cold beers ect.

Breakfast was on point bacon and poached eggs hot coffee.

Won’t stay anywhere else in Bundy.
Looking forward to my next road trip.
Thanks

This is the second time I have stayed at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have always been very clean. The house keeping service was very good. This motel is close to food outlets and the road noise from passing traffic was not a concern. The bed was comfortable giving me a good night's sleep given that I have a back problem. This is my forever motel when I travel to Bundaberg.

We visited Bundaberg for a weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the very friendly welcome. The lady at reception gave us a good recommendation for dinner after we arrived.
The motel offers breakfast at reasonable prices. Breakfast is delivered the old fashioned way via an opening in the wall. Breakfast being available is a good option, especially on weekends when local venues may not be offering hot meals.
The room appeared to be recently renovated and was very pleasant. It had a big TV, a microwave, air conditioning, free parking, tea and coffee making facilities and kitchen plates and utensils. Bottled water was provided free of charge. There was also a pool.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are takeaway places nearby and there is a very good pizza place over the road. The motel is close to the railway station and a short distance to the CBD.
We had a very pleasant stay at this motel.

On arrival, reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. TV worked well. Air conditioning was on when I entered the room, which was good because it was hot outside. The carport had full coverage for my vehicle. Road noise was not a problem. Acacia motel is close to the city. A most enjoyable stay. Neil

Don't be fooled by pictures. Furniture was wobbly, chairs hard to sit on, overpriced outdated room. Tv worked well. Smoking allowed outside rooms if you are a smoker. Staff friendly. Overpriced for what you get.
