Great position very central. Dirty tiles around the toilet and the hairdryer was covered in a layer of dust and dirty finger prints, the filter was nearly blocked by dust. The air conditioner worked fine during the day but stopped cooling during the night. The room temperature was 25-36 when the air conditioner was set on 16. So I got...

Staying Wollongong only for one night and booked this place as the rate and location suited us. It was clean and inviting, nice relaxed feel and small lobby to meet others. Only those room cards made it a challenge, we had to try at least 5 times to enter our room.

Hotel was peaceful but within easy reach to shops, bars and restaurants. Pool area was very nice, with a spa and sauna. Well equipped gym. Room had a balcony and a very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a night over the Easter break. The staff were mostly lovely and helpful. The hotel is average, the bed and the TV were old and there were some mold in the bathroom. The unit was well equipped otherwise. The gym was a bit disappointing and not well ventilated. The location is a few minutes to the...

Great location with the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. However, not a standard four-star customer service provider. Some receptionists were very good, whereas the others were not professional. Room service was okay but in-room complimentary supply was not up to four-star hotels' standard. Overall stay was pleasant.

We paid $300 for one night although we were told when we rang reservations directly there was a two night minimum, however when I booked through a travel website I could book just for the one night. The location is great and rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning did not work very well, resulting in a stuffy room...

Our 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was like living in a basement. Dark, rank smell with only a hint of sky to be seen. Staff unwelcoming and not helpful. Card keys were a nightmare and took several attempts to open door and work lifts.
