From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. We had stayed in 3 other hotels on each night prior to staying here whilst travelling the state for work and the warm greeting and smile from Joel and his and great sense of humour during checkin left a long-lasting impression that my travel partner and I are still talking about, despite being several days since checking out. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel. The rooms are fresh, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Easy on-site parking and a central location. All the amenities are 10/10. The only issue I had personally was with the noise level of passing traffic and the garbage trucks at 5am. Despite being on level 4, these noises were extremely loud. Will I stay here again? This hotel wins on location, amenity and efficiency. The staff are outstanding . Allison particularly as she went out of her way to find a room I normally don't have but was necessary to heavy demand and a late travel decision on my part.

I stayed here on a business trip for the week and cannot fault the hotel or staff. Every part of my stay from my room, breakfast delivered and dinner in the beautiful restaurant was superb. All the staff are so welcoming and attentive and my room was beautifully presented by housekeeping daily.

Had one night at the CH Boutique, and was lucky enough to stay in the Art Deco Heritage wing. I love classic architecture and beautiful soft furnishings, and this property has both. Really REALLY lovely room, every feature you want, very fast free wifi, and premium everything else. Add to this the top notch staff, reception, housekeeping, etc. and you have a recipe for a great stay. Definitely coming back for all my future Tamworth visits.
