The room was small but very clean and had everything you need such as microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cups, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and while I usually get a sore neck from motel pillows I was surprised to find the pillow comfortable as well. As for the shower, it was the BEST with good flowing hot water which is just what you need after a long drive. The free breakfast offered tea, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, jam etc. which is pretty good. I do however have one thing I would recommend if I could and that would be to offer a small amount fresh milk upon checking in for tea and coffee lovers instead of the little capsules. The staff are polite and friendly and we found it good value.

I was just passing through by myself with a limited budget. I read reviews of "great price", "great breakfast included", "VERY small room", "very clean".
From experience, accommodation providers usually prefer a direct booking to avoid commissions, but, when I walked in, I was quoted about 10% more than advertised online, and told they couldn't possibly meet that price. I was then asked if I wanted the continental breakfast at an additional cost. I was still in shock at having to negotiate my room a little lower and said no to breakfast. When I got into my (very small, albeit clean) room, I found the information pack describing the times of the "complimentary" breakfast.
I didn't go into the breakfast as I'd said "no" the night before, but feel that I was taken for a sucker.

Booked a room for Easter Sunday for my wife & I with Richard, the Manager, who was most obliging and helpful during our one night stay to catch up with relatives.
Firstly the price is most competitive and as a bonus includes a continental breakfast.
The room is small but has everything you need and is spotless, the ensuite bathroom had great hot water and fluffy white towels and toiletries, air conditioning, remote controlled tv, fridge, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits plus a jug and a table with 2 chairs.
Staff we met apart from Richard also warm & friendly.
Very happy with our return stay and would thoroughly recommend this motel.

Left a day early as noisy guest next door, cigarette smoke from people smoking outside our room.
TV wasn't working-went to reception at 7 all closed up.(meant to be open till 9am)
We stay here at least once every 12 months. Must have new managers this time. Light switch sticky taped up.
Unimpressed-will be looking at other options for next trip.

Motel 359 is a very neat and tidy motel on the South side of Tamworth. Although it is on the main road, there was very little traffic noise. The rooom was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast included in the rate makes this unbeatable value. Definitely stopping here again.

My husband and I went to Tamworth to help with his mum, we stayed at Motel 359 from the 17 of Oct 2024 until today the 22nd of Oct. The rooms were very clean and tidy the location was good the free continental breakfast was a bonus but the thing that stands out the most was the staff. They made us very welcome and could not do enough for us, no job was too hard and we even were given a upgrade in our room which was very appreciated. I will definitely be recommending any of my friends and family to stay there. Thank you all so much

Stayed there recently for the music festival, paid $463 a night now it’s $115 per night.(that’s all it is worth)The room was the size of a garden shed. Never stay again. There are numerous issues with the place and too many to mention here. Housekeeping staff excellent.

This property doesn't send any reminders and doesn't check in when the guests are arriving for their stay. If you accidentally book wrong date, they won't negotiate for a different date. They will take your money- full amount without you staying in the property.
Very rude, mean staff, no opportunity to negotiate or explain. What will they loose for letting the guests (who have paid for wrong date) stay there rather than keeping their rooms empty. Wonder if it makes them happy ripping people off without service?

This motel was within walking distance to sporting venues and equestrian centre. House keeping was exceptional, beds comfortable, hot water great and the included breakfast was fabulous and staff friendly. We had daily replenished supplies in our room, which was great after a day of hockey playing. The only thing it needed was a little bit of storage in the rooms, but this was a minor issue. Cars parked directly outside rooms, making packing and unpacking quick and easy.

One of the best motels I have ever stayed in, the staff were very helpful, and even though the rooms were a little small, it was very homely and immaculately clean. Very close to local services, and the continental breakfast was great. The eating area was also well presented and the staff are highly attentive, always asking if there was more they could do. Would definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tamworth.
