Have wanted to try this place for years and finally had the opportunity recently. Very friendly staff. Well-appointed room with everything we needed. Bring an appetite for the food, which was superb and great value for money. Well worth the wait and we'd go back any time. Thank you!

Room clean and comfortable. Good value. Close to city centre. The breakfast was freshly cooked by Leslie who was welcoming and friendly, a nice homely touch. Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on the main road but we did not hear Any traffic noise in our room. The only downside was the room had a very stuffy smell when we...

Stayed 2 nights with friends at this extremely well priced motor inn, only 10 easy minutes from Canberra. Large quiet rooms, comfy beds and pillows. The staff are the nicest, from Deb in reception to Doug in the restaurant. Due to a coach load of guests our dinner was a long wait, although we were warned on entrance. Due to...

Room comfy but bathroom quite small. New taps and basins with a fab. shower. Small fridge a pain as door opened wrong way into the side of a wardrobe making it necessary to bend over the top and reach for items - very silly.

It's roomy enough but really noisy. We asked for a quiet room and was given a room near the main road. It didnt9faze us but the ants in the kitchen were a bit much. Food lrft on the kitchen bench were inundated with ants after a couple of minutes. The fry pans couldnt0be used as they were too buckled. The...

Only ten minutes from the centre of Canberra, just as good if not better, and much better value, plus the staff are welcoming, eager to please, and down to earth.. I used to stay in Canberra, but they inflate their prices incredibly when parliament is sitting and the standards of maintenance and renovation are dropping whereas Queanbeyan seems to have...

I stayed overnight, staff on arrival friendly and helpful. Room well appointed and very comfortable bed. I had breakfast in the morning which was very nice and at a reasonable price. Located about 5 minutes drive to Main Street. Take away outlets etc across the road.

First visit, the motel we usually stay in was booked out, lesson learned. The upside is the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated but hand basin is too high on the vanity and the shower head is huge, too big for a small shower recess. Pity the entrance doors hadn't been replaced. They are as heavy as and you...
