My mother and I stayed in apartment 322 for a 3 night stay. We both rated the whole experience very highly! The apartment was very well equipped and the 2 bathrooms was a great bonus. There was a washing machine and dryer in the second bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment and a dishwasher. The couch was roomy and the TV was huge with lots of FOXTEL channels. The balcony was huge with a full dining table and also outdoor lounge. We felt very fancy eating our breakfast and dinner out there and we could see the ocean if standing up! It was great to be able to park undercover under the complex as it was easy walking distance to the shops. Reception was closed when we arrived, but they sent me a text message to explain how to get the keys, which was a well explained and easy process. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely return on our next trip to Port Macquarie!…

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with private rooftop area. The apartment is old but was clean and comfortable. Carpet and walls/doors had plenty of marks which showed its age. Bring your own toiletries as you get the bare minimum. Huge rooftop area was a big bonus. Good to bring food home and eat meals there instead of in restaurants. 10min walk to restaurants and beach. The apartment did have beach views but is not beach front. Pool was fantastic, our kids had a lot of fun. Reception was closed most of the time we were there (Easter weekend). I would say this is more a 3 to 3.5 star rated. Tiny bins in the apartment, needs to be improved. Would be good to get some basic toiletries (hand wash, tissues etc). Very expensive over the long weekend. Would recommend at lower rate.

A generous-sized apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, undercover parking). That's where the generosity ended. Booked for a week and received 2 baby soaps, 2 sachets of dishwashing liquid, 2 sachets of washing detergent and 6 tea bags. The apartment looked clean but hadn't had a good, thorough clean for long time (ingrained dirt and discolouration). Lots of cupboards; all completely empty. Just an empty shell of an apartment, with a bit of furniture, the bare minimum. Rooftop hot tub not working, and hand sanitiser dispensers everywhere but empty. You get the picture. Mediocre at best. An 'average' rating is too good for the stingy offerings. Not good enough!

Our second time staying here. Large apartments, all the amenities you should need. Recent stay in newly renovated apartment, really lovely. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom. Comfortable bed and spacious bathrooms and verandahs. Rooftop spa, delightful and fabulous view. Pool and spa area also lovely.

Found the room to be quite spacious and well set up. A small concealed laundry, a toilet and bathroom were very well placed. A large fully equipped kitchen into a very large family room and balcony. The bedrooms were excellent. Only small issue a couple of old buttons. The garage is well laid out with your own spot marked. Pool was clean and tidy as well as the sauna. I had a late check in but this was easily arranged.

Room 752, beautiful very spacious, lovely decor and modern. Both bedrooms very accomodating in size and comfort. Lounge dinning very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed and more, perfect size balcony with amazing views. Very family friendly, great pool area and very toddler friendly. There are permanent residents that live in this building and found them very friendly towards holiday rentals. My only criticism in this unit is that both bathrooms need updating

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Lots of space and VERY comfortable beds !! Great night sleep - loved it Only one thing - maybe a TV in master room would have been excellent. While kids watch a movie parents can relax in the master suite with a movie of their own.

This property is dated and not worth the money they are charging. The sofas are stained, the cushion are stained the chairs are stained. All stained with many years of sweat and dirt. In need of changing and a regular process for dry cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated. Bathroom has old grime on door jams and shower screens. The owners clearly don’t spend a penny on this apartment....... Its not loved. Not sure how they got their star rating. Its certainly not a reflection of the standard. The balcony doors rattle and whistle in the wind. Also not located on the Main Street of town where all the restaurants and fun is at..... don’t stay here. Especially in apt 535. I have photos. I’ll see if I can upload later.

Hi Daniels family, We are surprise to hear this from you, as nothing was mention from you over your week long stay. Had we of heard that you weren't happy, we would of tried to move you to a different apartment. Our lounges and carpets are regularly steam cleaned. We are aware of the shower screens, we are in the process of updating them. Some guest don't have a problem with the 6 minute walk into town center. Our staff strives to provide a great experience for all our guests, we are sorry to hear you felt we didn't provide that for you.

A thoroughly fantastic experience, though a weekend was not long enough!!! Our fabulous penthouse provided every luxury, including a rooftop private deck complete with hot tub, a view of the surf, which was just perfect for our first night, with a few drinks, under the stars and the amazing grazing plate that we had preordered, would highly recommend this option to be delivered to room. The rooms and the entire complex are meticulously clean, the staff very accommodating and welcoming. We have decided to make this a longer and annual event....thanks Ki-ea and see you soon.
