We use the Northpoint Apartments, through Wyndham, regularly. The location in the CBD is very convenient, secure underground car park, secure entry to the building and reception if required. Our 2 bedroom apartment is huge. Master with walk-in robe, en-suite, king bed, sliding door with insect screen to full length balcony. Second bedroom has two singles/queen, built in robes and sliding door to balcony. Full size bathroom with shower and bath. Seperate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Linen cupboard in the hallway. Full size kitchen with large fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, double sink, prep area benches are adequate, breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space. Open area kitchen, dining room and lounge which is very spacious. Wyndham apartments are very well appointed with quality inclusions to ensure a comfortable stay.

Travelled with 2 teenage girls in one apartments (2 bedroom apt level 8) and the folks were next door in their apartment (3 bedroom apt) for 4 nights. The apartment is VERY well fitted internally and had a fantastic sized deck with views over the river. The beds were comfy and quiet. Kitchens were large and well appointed and had a awesome walk in wardrobe and bathroom.
The manager was very accommodating as we had to get the parents to get keys as we weren't able to check-in till around 7pm. They did send a txt stating room was available @ 11.00am but couldn't take advantage as still travelling.
The apartments are in a great location. There are a number of cafe's nearby and restaurants. The shopping ctr in an easy 5 min walk as are pubs so its an awesome location.
Its really hard to fault this property. The only minor issues were the fridge was a little noisy and the outdoor table could of been a larger but the parents table was a great size. Again, these were the only very minor faults of this great property.
Big thanks to the Northpoint team. We will be certainly be back.

By jingoes, we have cracked a good one here!
From the moment an sms arrived to say room was ready at 12noon to the checkout after a week’s stay- Northpoint can’t be faulted..

We had apartment 407, overlooking the pool with views of the break wall and ocean. The roar of the ocean at night was magical.
The whole place was clean and well looked after. The apartment had new curtains and relatively new carpets.

The bed was fresh & comfortable, the whole room was very spacious and a smart TV was mounted on the wall.

Internal walls were free of scapes & scratches. A touch of greenery would not have gone astray.
The bathroom was small but sparkling clean as was the kitchen.

The veranda was huge and the outdoor tables & chairs well maintained.

The crockery & cutlery were plentiful.
My only suggestion would be for a lamp in the lounge area & a a breadboard for the kitchen.

We would not hesitate in holidaying here each year as everything is just so central.
Car parking was a breeze as your allocated a spot on arrival.

All in all, a perfect break at a perfect place.
To Brett & Amanda, & the cleaning staff, Keep up the good work as it’s appreciated.

We were 6 older friends who stayed there last week in a 3 bedroom apartment. We stayed 7 nights. We were checked in by a man who was very helpful. On the 3rd day, we asked a lady at reception for more toilet paper and fresh towels the next morning. She was a little rude telling us we had to buy our own toilet paper and to wash our towels as they only supply fresh towels after 7 days. Not very helpful or nice. Never staying there again because of her attitude. Everything else about the Apartments was good.

Our happy stay started at check in. Staff are super friendly and efficient.
Great location, close to restaurant and attractions.
Our 3 bedroom apartment had a great view of the water, lovely big balcony, great size kitchen with utensils and an outside heated pool
Absolutely no negative feedback from this stay and will definitely be back

The apartment was huge, although being just a couple and having booked for two people, we were not allowed to use the second bedroom or bathroom.
The living area was spacious, with breakfast bar to the kitchen which had basic supplies (eg cling film, salt and pepper) which was a welcome addition.
WE used the pool one evening but it wasn't huge and only part of the pool deck still had sun.
Good location for walking out and about in Port Mac. Although overlooking (between apartment and the sea) a holiday park we didn't suffer with too much noise from it

Port Macquarie is a clean, historical town and located on the coast – and so are these apartments which are also spacious albeit lacking any finer touches like pictures or cushions.

The kitchen is a little dated, despite being upgraded in 2015, but still works well. The views are lovely (don’t be put off by the caravan park which is right below). There is a lovely swimming pool that is bathed in sunshine until almost sunset. Easy walking distance to the main streets and secure (free) car parking. Great.

Great location! However, when I went to bed late at night I pulled back the sheets and found a huge mould stain on the fitted sheet.
In the morning when I complained the lady advised that I should have just slept in the other room which was a single bed. I kindly reminded her that I prefer to sleep on the Queen bed and that the mould fitted sheet is totally unacceptable.
Their office closes at 5:30pm so I could not complain at 9:30pm when I went to bed and found the mouldy stain.
She seemed uninterested and offered nothing to make up for it, therefore I will never return nor recommend due to her unapologetic attitude.

We stayed at Northpoint for 3 nights at the end of June in a water view 2 bedroom apartment.
We arrived after reception had closed but getting into the building was made easy as I’d emailed ahead and been given instructions.
The apartment was lovely. The view was beautiful.
It was very spacious and definitely had enough space for 4 people.
Being winter we didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. We played a game of table tennis in the common room on level 2.
The location of Northpoint is perfect. Close to the river boardwalk, beach and restaurants.
The Thai restaurant at the bottom of the building served tasty food.
Overall we had a great stay and as a result ended up back at Northpoint 5 days later for a few nights on our way back home.
