My husband and I recently spent 3 nights in a river side cabin (number 3). Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, and there is also a BBQ and play area in the middle of the resort. There are laundry facilities ($4 per wash and $3 per dry). My husband and I had an absolute ball fishing from the jetty, and when the rain started we could fish comfortably from our balcony. The bed was super comfy, and the cabin felt like a home away from home. The price was excellent We were fortunate to have left a day ahead of the floods, and wish management all the best in the clean up to come. We will definitely be back.

Seriously if you want to meet some of the best managers and stay in a motel that is price perfect , then this is the place. The rooms are large , the views are awesome and maybe a 5 min drive into the main town , the ferry is just around the corner. Would Recommend

Location just on the edge of Port Macquarie. Beautiful outlook of the Hastings River. spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. We stayed for 4 nights in the motel part and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay for good rates, cleanliness, Management very pleasant and very helpfull. Would definately stay again if ever in Port Macquarie again.

I have mobility issues & the room we stayed in was perfect. Room was spacious & very clean. Large bathroom, walk-in shower, heightened toilet, ideal for disabled person. Room was waterfront on river with outdoor patio, lovely sitting out there having breakfast. Overall a great place to stay & very well priced. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed last year in a cabin but sadly they were destroyed in the floods, so we stayed in a ground floor motel room. It was spotless and has everything you need. Fishing 20 meters from our door. The view is to die for and it's lovely and quiet! Do yourself a favour and book this place!!!

Stayed here for a week in January in the motel. Great location, right on the Hastings River with beautiful views. Only a 10 min drive into town. Motel rooms are very clean and updated (ours also had a large contemporary bathroom). Also had a kitchenette and full fridge, sofa, balcony (could sit here all day), and lovely swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sadly the cabins next door were flooded a couple years back and they are still in the process of sorting that out. I wouldn't normally want to stay in a motel for a week, but it was affordable, and had everything we needed. Plus that view. Highly recommend.

We arrived without a booking because we stumbled across this place. What a lucky find. The view is amazing, water right at your door. We fished for 4 days without going out if our comfort zone. The cabins are small but we'll equipped and very clean. The staff so friendly. We will be definitely be back. At the time of writing this we were up to 15 fish caught. 1 consumed by my husband 1 by a pelican! We will definitely be back.

Went here with other family members during a family visit to Port. Great place on the Hastings river. Choice of waterfront cabins or motel. We chose cabins which were great. Clean, tidy, good pool area, kids playground and numerous picnic areas. Will be our choice of stay on lol future visits

We stayed in the adjoining caravan park to the Motel in a family unit. The unit was pretty modern, very clean and very well equipped. It truly was waterfront - there was only approx 1 metre from our deck to the water. The grounds themselves were quite basic, but were well maintained. It's not far from the shops and would be somewhere we would be happy to return to. Excellent value.

We stay here a few times a year. We always get a waterfront room and we never get sick of the beautiful waterviews. The dophins always are there to see us once or twice during our stay. The owners are delightful and always good for a chat and a laugh. The rooms are HUGE and extreemely clean and tidy and they have a full sized fridge. The bedding is comfy and the room is set up so that you can be fully self sufficient. The BBQ area is always well maintained. We were hesitant to submit thos review as we do not want many others to discover it but the Aquatic deserves great reviews. Looking forward to our next stay SOON!
