Very average rooms Average pub Terrible Food It is in a great location to visit the vineyards but terribel if you want to eat outside the pub as it is the middloe of nowhere. Not a place for couples, better for families with red necks!!

We stayed at Harrigan's for 2 nights and were super impressed with what we got! Our room had a little patio which backed right onto a vineyard. Room was equipped with air con unit that made the hot nights easy to bear. The room also came with a few Foxtel channels which was perfect. The reception staff were friendly and we...

We had stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was very clean fresh bedding and towels were provided. There was an iron with ironing board, the only thing I would say was missing was a small hair dryer. The hotel was on the same site as the pub and even though they had live entertainment the sound did...

Stayed here overnight with my teen daughter and mother as we were going to see the christmas lights. Great location as it is next door to the Hunter Valley Gardens. Room was clean and well presented on arrival. The room was great size for 3 people, with 2 king beds. Bathroom was clean and also a great size. We didn't...

Stopped for lunch during a wine tasting day in the Hunter. Very fast service and food tasted delicious. With drinks $50 for two. Recommend the beef and Guinness pie with mash, excellent. The paddle of James Squire beers was good value at $15 and included a pint of your choice when you return the paddle.

Motel rooms were very clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Very quiet at night, easy to fall asleep. We ate dinner at the restaurant and was very disappointed with the quality and the presentation. Bar service was good. No atmosphere as there was no music.

We stayed for one night in early December as part of an organised tour to the Hunter Valley, its surrounds, and to view the Christmas lights. The rooms were located a good distance away from the road, ensuring a decent night's sleep. The room size was generous, and we had a pleasant view of kangaroos and distant mountains out the...

We stayed here in September and noted same misgivings as this time. The overall room sizes are excellent. Large verandah or courtyards would be utilised if they were clean from cobwebs leaves and insects. The Mosquitos were terrible although I note there were two large cans of insect spray in the wardrobe. The second bed in the room was missing...

Stayed with a group of friends for two nights. Rooms were clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel was busy on both the Friday and Saturday nights. Enjoyed dinner and lunch at the pub.
