Booked "short stay package" in the premiere suite via their website with no issues at all. Spacious and immaculately clean room with everything you need. Very romantic over looking the vines. Hassle free friendly staff. Conveniently located for all of the hunter valley wineries

We were there for only two nights but we chose to stay longer. The rooms were large comfortable and quiet. The location is ideal in the middle of the Hunter Valley. The personnel were friendly and welcoming and we felt appreciated. Close by, yo can rent bicycles to discover the

We stayed for a long weekend with friends and were overall happy with rooms and service. There were a range of rooms to select from, all being cabin style, from hotel type rooms to townhouse style rooms with a full kitchen and the larger rooms had a lounge room and fireplace.

Stayed with my young kids. Concierge staff/managers/owners who have lost sight of what good service is. They are caught up in the routine and challenges of running a hotel and just passive agressive with a fake level niceness. Upon checking out im instantly advised you must

Hi Fil – thank you for your second review. There were a couple of issues with your booking which often happens when one books their accommodation on a third party website. The information can be difficult to find and like yourself people don’t take the time to read the FINE PRINT. One of the many frustrations in operating a hotel is that people don’t provide the correct information, eg two adults only, however instead of 2 adults and 2 children and results in the relevant information ie policies regarding the children not being made visible to you because you didn’t indicate there were children included in the booking. I understand people book services on line and do not read the information provided however the information is there and if you choose not to read it then you have to accept some responsibility. We are running a business and all work very hard to ensure that we provide the best possible service, ensuring the rooms are spotless when you arrive and are set up according the information provided. Our guests do not decide what they are and are not going to pay for. It’s not ‘kiddy cash’, it’s a charge that helps us covers ou cost (towels, sheets, housekeeping etc) of additional guests, our charges are clearly stated on all websites. We know the rooms are spotless when people check in, they are checked before all arrivals and are checked again when we meet you in your room. We have screens on doors and windows however it is possible for insect to get in the room with the coming and going throughout the day. We provide both a personal insect spray and a flying insect aerosol spray in all rooms. I suggest next time you decide to book accommodation, you enter the correct information, read the provided information and then make a decision if this is where you would like to stay. We were pleased you enjoyed the pool and the one thing we can agree on is that the housekeeping staff are very friendly and do a great job.

Stayed one night. Comfortable, well-appointed room. Private and tranquil setting. Restaurant on site was excellent. Best feed I’ve had for weeks, months....this year! Helpful management. Only downside was a noisy pump on the lawn just outside the room.

Thank you for your question. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. Our accommodation provides a continental breakfast which is stocked in the room (delicious yogurt, homemade muesli, english muffins, juice and a selection of teas and coffees). All rooms have tables and chairs on their decks which overlook our vineyard.
