Amazing place. So spacious and has everything you need. Great kitchen with quality utensils and everything you need to cook a lovely meal. Oils, sauces, fresh herbs outside, full oven & cooktop, dishwasher and m/w. The fireplace was made up ready to use with plenty of wood their to top it up. If you don't want to go to the trouble of the fire, then their are 2 air conditioners. The outdoor spa was a great way to relax in private. As there are only 2 cabins on the large acreage, it is very private. We tried the pizza oven on the first night which was a bit of fun although I may have overcooked the pizzas a bit. We sat out by the firepit another night and enjoyed the surroundings where kangaroos and birds abound. Our host, Gillian, checked everyday to ensure everything was ok and even brought in a little Tokay to enjoy our fire with. The provisions for breakfast were great. Beautiful bacon, eggs, tomatoes as well as pancake mix, oats, muesli, milk, juice. We felt well and truly pampered. Thanks Gillian for making it a special stay.

Wow.

I have written over 500 reviews and this accommodation is, without doubt, one of the top 5 places. We stayed at one of the two villas (Mangerton) located about 1km down the entrance to the main property. It therefore was wonderfully secluded surrounded by a small forest full of nature, amongst which were kangaroos who came and went.

The villa is very spacious, probably close to 100 m2 and so tastefully furnished, with high quality items including, for example, china cups, premium fine stem glasses for red and white wine, large 65 smart TV, an excellent megaboom speaker, a stunning bathroom with both a large modern shower and top quality stand alone jet bath, as well as a special feature bed.

Then there is the spa bath, the sun lounge area, bar-b-q an excellently stocked fridge and well equipped kitchen. The only small downside is the lack of laundry facilities, but we understand this was a planning requirement to prevent long term occupancy and I can see why that might be an issue, as we could have stayed for ages!

Jillian was a wonderful landlord, so helpful and this property is a real find. I encourage readers who are hesitating to book now or it will be gone.

We stayed here for four nights as part of our honeymoon and we didn't want it to end! This beautiful accommodation is secluded on private property, surrounded by country ambiance and serenity. Jillian and Brent were wonderful and generous hosts who showed us around on arrival. The supplies for breakfast were stocked the entire time, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens and robes. Our only regret was it was not cold enough to light the beautiful double-sided wood fire, but we have every intention of coming back to make the most of it one day! Thanks so much.

It was our third stay at Déjà Vu Estate and once again we had a beautiful relaxing weekend. The host Jillian is lovely to deal with and makes you feel very welcome, she even had special treats for our dog Frankie. The villa is very secluded and has everything you need and it is luxurious and clean. The breakfast hamper is abundant with goodies from bacon and eggs to muffins and cookies. There are an array of condiments for you to use which makes it easy to cook without having the hassle to bring all of your own. Everything in the villa is high quality from the thick, beautifully scented towels to the soft robes and the bed is the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. We are already looking forward to a return stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights after we got married in the Hunter Valley and it was perfect! The villas are completely private and you feel like you've pretty much got the property to yourself. Jillian was so helpful and lovely during our stay, making sure we knew where to find it on the night of our wedding and making the check in process so late at night an absolute breeze! There was brekky for each day in the fridge, inclusive of locally sourced eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomato which was amazing after such a massive weekend. We'd recommend Deja Vu Estate over and over again and we'll definitely be back!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Déjà Vu on a weekday 2-night getaway. The tranquil location and stunning room packed with personal touches took our breaths away when we arrived...then we felt so special with all the little surprises over the duration of the stay. The hardest decision was choosing the indoor or outdoor spa to enjoy our Hunter Valley wine... Highly recommended!

We thoroughjy enjoyed our 2 night mid-week escape staying at Glenfield Villa on Deja Vu Estate, a beautifully appointed villa with quality fittings and finishes.

Jillian was the perfect hostess ensuring all of our needs were met from lovely homemade muffins to a variety of breakfast provisions and liqueur & chocolates.

It is an amazing place. We were able to recharge and explore the wineries and local attractions. The tranquility of the estate enabled us to heal and relax.

We stayed 4 nights at Déjà Vu and would recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and recharge ! The villa is beautiful, private and spacious and every detail thought of ! The breakfast was plentiful and the special touches of muffins , biscuits and port and chocolates made it even better . Gillian was on hand to assist with the fires and tv remotes which was very helpful . We will return and stay even longer next time as it felt like a home away from home and so peaceful!

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at one of the private villas at Deja Vu Estate. The location of the property was fantastic as everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute drive but it was still secluded enough for us to feel like the only ones in the area. Jillian is also such a thoughtful host as our villa was fully stocked with everything we could need for breakfast for our 3 night stay. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and the jet spas (both indoor and outdoor) were tremendous fun. We absolutely recommend staying at Deja Vu Estates while in the Hunter Valley and are already looking forward to when we will be returning.

This is our second visit to Déjà Vu Estate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very peaceful and secluded. The villa is very comfortable, inviting and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked including with condiments that enable you to easily self cater. It also comes with a generous breakfast hamper with items like eggs, bacon, mushrooms, bread, butter and muffins. Jillian made us feel at ease immediately and was very helpful in recommending some interesting sites to visit in the surrounding area. Another attraction is that it’s dog friendly.
