We took a three night package deal and were so disappointed. It is rated as 4 star, don't know where they got that from, it was almost laughable. Rooms are in desperate need of a refurbish. If we had paid full advertised price I would have demanded my money back. Only good point was bed was comfy and nice view/location....

We went to this hotel in the Hunter Valley because we had won a free night's accommodation including breakfast, wine tour & wine theatre. We arrived in the dark about 1830h after a long day. We found our room - it is not in a hotel but similar to a cabin but joined to others. The first thing that stuck...

This place is well located and has very comfy beds. It is definitely showing its age, and on our three night stay our room wasn't made / cleaned once; not sure if that is standard but it seemed odd. It was a little noisy but we slept very well, and the on site Segway rides were brilliant.

We stayed here recently for a work conference. Rooms were clean, very rural feel. Food served at breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner not quite up to par for me, but for someone who usually travels five star - it's all relative. Good, cheap family accommodation.

We spent 3 nights here in March. It's a bit different from the chain hotels around the valley. The rooms are in cabins in the grounds- it has a lovely rural feel. The restaurant is excellent, the bar is great fun with a selection of good beers as well as the wine, and the desserts were delicious. Nice outdoor dining...

We were there for a family trip. The room was booked by a travel agent. We enjoy the food, beer and wine but the candy making class you could give it a missed. The room was ok overseeing a nice scenery. It was a relaxing place and we didn't spend enough time in this resort.

Met at reception by professional and friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable. Would highly recommend the bath with the glass atrium overhead. Rooms very clean with a small courtyard for each room (on the ground floor) The pool area was extremely well designed with all relevant safety features for small children. One highlight was the exceptional gardens. They were...

What a disappointment! The room 220 is very tired as is the bathroom. Trying to catch the cockroach was the main entertainment and the Wi Fi was non existent. The menu for dinner is very limited but the good was good. What a shame we had passed so many wonderful wineries in the Hunter valley to finish up in a...

A very pretty and peaceful location with excellent facilities for a comfy stay. The brewery tastings and wine presentation were both tasty and informative. The room was a good size and had all the facilities required and we felt at home during our stay. No wifi in the room but good service available the large bar area and breakfast area...

The rooms were of an older style however had everything we needed and were clean and neat. Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the great casual dining and food options on site. But best of all - there is a brewery and cellar door for wine tasting on site!
