My cousin and I had planned a special weekend away for his wife birthday and we were looking forward to a lovely 4 star room as advertised. What a shame. This is NOT 4 or 3 star, is 2 at best. The rooms were repulsive, dark, dirty, grubby, & out dated. Desperately requiring an upgrade in decor. The furniture was...

We had a lovely room with delightful outlook onto the tennis courts and fields. Excellent meal but the highlight were the comfortable beds! Mine a queen and my daughter in a single. Had a great sleep in divine beds. Makes a massive difference so thank you.

4 of us stayed here in the 2 bedroom cottage. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite. It was lovely to check in an enter the cool cottage to escape the extreme heat outside. We had 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. There is a lovely verandah which would have been better overlooking...

We went away with family and friends to see the Christmas lights and celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. What a wonderful way to spend a weekend. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our many requests and always did it with a genuine smile. The accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable. The lights were wonderful and only a...

We stayed in a group and used the cabins, rooms, and camper facilities for our accommodation and all were wonderful. There is a pool, wine tasting, fantastic restaurant and bar (with great food and lovely wine, beer and cocktails), Segway and horse riding and great grounds and close to everything. Great place to stay.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here, a must to enjoy it properly. We were fortunately upgraded to a bungalow and enjoyed the most peaceful views across the farmland from our verandah. There were large groups of kangaroos visible in the early morning and evening from the balcony. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. There is also...

We had a short two day stay, the accomodation was spacious clean and quiet. Great food wine and beer at Matilda Bay brewery. Throughly enjoyed the horse riding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will return.

I had planned a special weekend away for a birthday and we were looking forward to a lovely 4 star room and a wonderful weekend. How devastated we were when we walked into our room! This should never ever be graded 4 star! That is totally misleading and it should be rated no more than 2-3 stars. The carpet looked...

We are very sorry we did not meet expectations. We are pleased to advise will be doing a full refurb once we get through the current peak period of summer. Your comments re the food facilities have been heard - and we thank you for your constructive feedback.

Booked a hunter room which allows 3 people to stay, with 3 beds. Invited a friend (3 of us in total). When we got there apparently we got an "upgrade" instead of 3 beds, there was 1 queen bed. Then they charged us extra 50 dollars to bring a rollaway bed. Even thou we meant to have 3 beds in...

A little unfair as you booked for 2 guests only. We upgraded you to a KING bedded room, rather than the Family room that has a queen bed and 2 singles. When you arrived, you only then advised it was now 3 adults. As we were fully booked, we were unable to let you have the Hunter Room, so a...
