A lovely well equipped cottage with stunning views of the Brokeback mountains and local wildlife located in the heart of the wine country. Ken and Suzy were very helpful in providing recommendations on restaurants and wine tours. A beautiful private retreat.

Lovely room, outlook was amazing, Ken and Suzy had that delicate balance of being available without being intrusive and were very helpful and welcoming for first timers to the Hunter Valley. We would love to return. Convenient location with a car. The fireplace was perfect during the cold snap.

The little Cottage was magnificent. The layout, facilities, breaky everything was what we expected. The views from our Cottage while sitting on the veranda were great. After a wine tour we sat back and relaxed which was nice. Well worth staying here.

Just so perfect. Book now, then read! Perfect host Ken, hilarious and cannot do enough to help. The photos of the property aren't tarted up. This is what it's really like! Views form the front verandas are just so serene. Perfect for a wine, cuppa or to read a book! The pot belly stove so toasty warm and easy to...

We found it well presented and comfortable. A cast iron fireplace for use in the cold months adds to the ambience. Location has good 4G reception for those requiring connection to the world however it's not necessary. Close by are some great restaurants also.

Arrived after an almost 4 hour drive and was warmly welcomed. The cottage is fully self contained including its own bbq. The continental breakfast was extensive and we were not able to eat everything provided for 2 days! The cottage was clean, well appointed, comfortable and you were left wanting for nothing. The bathroom was almost big enough to hold...

The accommodation was very clean, great bed and they even provide eggs, bread and cereal for breakfast. Sue and ken were also lovely and very accommodating. We certainly will be back. My partner and I stayed at Berenbell in a one-bedroom cottage for 8 nights, and left today. We had the most incredible time. Nothing was too much trouble for Ken and Suzie, and they went out of their way to help us, whilst also giving us plenty of privacy. The cottage was immaculate; everything you need is there, including a...

Just back from another two night stay. From the moment you arrive you just can't help but relax. The accommodation is superb. The views are breathtaking. The hosts, Suzie and Ken, were so welcoming and made our stay that little bit more special. The room amenities are top notch! We will definitely be booking here again.

Perfect accommodation for those who want to sightsee or stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home away from home! Ken and Suzie were excellent hosts letting us know that they were their for us if we needed anything but allowing us to feel secluded to enjoy the retreat like atmosphere. A bonus was the food available to us...
