Nice room plenty of space in the room, TV decent size, pretty clean.
Bathroom has a bit of mould but the good news is there's no shower curtain.
They have soap dispensers over the sink & in the shower but they aren't much use if they are empty.
The lights over the beds are hanging by wires and a couple don't work.
The light in the kitchenette is also not working.
I'd say the cleaners aren't doing their job properly as the TV remote was also missing, they were quick to replace this though.

Room 24 (superior deluxe twin) was clean and comfortable, compact but not cramped, and the bathroom was a good size, with plenty of hanging rails and hooks, although a shelf would've helped. The shower was hot and strong! - excellent. Staff were helpful and polite; we dealt with Sandeep, Vijay and Kimberley. Microwave, fridge, jug, toaster all good. A few more teabags would've been nice. Situated at a back corner of the site, mainly protected from highway noise, relatively quiet all night, and only one other unit immediately adjacent. The queen bed and single were Very Comfortable. Recommended.

Wasn’t really sure what to expect, and I guess when they say ‘you get what you pay for’ I might have expected a bit more, but there were pros and cons to our stay. We paid $190 for the 5 of us in school holidays.

Stayed in the one and only family room which is 2 levels, and sits at the front of the motel on a busy main road. It is a great size for a ‘family room’ and is more apartment than room.

Pros
* large accommodation - downstairs room with kitchenette, double bed, bathroom, dining table and couch (which looked old and stained). Upstairs has a double bed, TV, small table, separate toilet and shower AND a very small separate single bedroom and which was ideal for our youngest.
* carpet was clean
* parking right outside
* 3 min drive into town
* beds and pillows were comfortable

Cons
* the main road is VERY noisy
* carpet was wet (not damp) on the stairs and in the upstairs bedroom. Had obviously just been cleaned but not great getting your socks/feet wet walking around the apartment
* shower was dirty - hair on the floor of the shower and the grout in the shower was filthy, red in colour and needs a good scrub.

We wouldn’t stay again, we’d look for somewhere quieter for the same price and sacrifice the space.

We selected this motel because of its positive reviews. We were disappointed.

The room could have done with a thorough clean and a twenty-first century refurbishment. On the positive side it was economical, quite (but then the Northern Distributor Road has diverted traffic from central Orange), and the towels and bedding were spotless and generous.

The bathroom left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness, in particular the shower screen. Our overall impression: our suite was dated and tired.

Location is a bit out of the way although there is a well patronised Pub and a basic Chinese restaurant nearby.
The room was confined and the cleanliness of the bathroom was suspect. All essential items were provided.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Parking near the room was available.
A bit expensive.

This is from my Mum - My husband and I stayed in room 18 on Monday 5th April 2021.

There was some good points, sheets and towels were clean although some had holes in them. Close to eating places. Tea making facilities OK.

Then the bad points when you opened the door it looked like spew on the carpet, which isn't a good look. The light above the bed was shorting out, so a bit dangerous. Bed was very hard and I barely got any sleep.

Bathroom wasnt very clean lots of hairs in the shower and floor, lots of mould in the shower. Vanity basin had lots of cracks in it and had been glued together. There wasn't much toilet paper on the roll so I opened the Vanity sink cupboard and it had a shocking mould smell and lots of mould in the cupboard. Hardly any room to turn around in the bathroom. Taps leaking and could hardly turn on the taps in the shower. Showed photos to staff in the morning and they just said sorry.

Luckily we did bring cleaning products with us.

Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Rooms are really clean and value for money. Staff is so helpful amazing. Highly recommended family rooms for families. Restaurants around are very helpful and having hotel on the back is even better for tradies or working professionals.

Our king room was clean, spacious and reasonably modern. Everything seemed in order. Staff seemed pleasant and helpful.

Short drive into the city center. Easy parking outside the room.

Orange is a little more expensive than the neighboring towns, but it was still reasonable.

The best value motel in Orange. Great price, strategic location amongst various fast food restaurants, a hotel and service stations ( one selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts) , and nice and clean. The service is excellent. We booked a King deluxe which had a very big and comfortable bed. Nice sitting area for watching TV and good off street parking. A handy location if you need to go to Orange hospital.

The owners are such beautiful kind people, lovely customer service , they gave us a room last minute when everything was booked out.
Beautiful rooms, clean, cozy and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud so relaxing after a long tired week.
Highly recommend a stay here.
