The Cole House Serviced Apartments are located on Forbes Road, Orange and comprise 1 four bedroom 2 three bedroom and 1 two bedroom ‘family’ apartments, opposite Duntryleague Golf Course, with off-street parking and conveniently located close to town and outdoor activities.All four apartments are spacious, tastefully appointed and as comfortable as a fine home. The four bedroom unit sleeps eight, whilst the three bedroom units provide sleeping for seven and the two bedrooms are set up for four to five persons. Stay at Cole House Serviced Apartments for a night with family and it was great. The apartment had everything that we needed all we needed to do was buy food. We could cook a meal and save money Nat having to eat out. Nice big clean rooms and bathroom even had a washer and dryer.

We found the owners very obliging and helpful. The apartments are ideal for families or a small group. They are well kept and well equipped. We would most certainly recommend them and would indeed stay there again on return trips to Orange. My husband, myself and two adult children were most impressed. Thank you to Donna and Tom for your assistance in finding us the right apartment to suit our needs. Patricia.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious. I would stay here again and recommend it. Everything you need is available in the apartment. It takes 30mins to walk to town which was nice little walk. Great value!

Eight of us stayed at Cole House Apartments on a bridge weekend in Orange. The Orange Tourism office recommended these apartments as I requested accommodation for a group. Donna was very helpful, and booked us all into apartments 4 and 5 which are both upstairs. This was a perfect arrangement for all of us as we had the whole first floor to ourselves. Apart from a plumbing problem which was speedily attended to, we all had a wonderful time at Cole House. Some of the ladies are already planning a return stay!

We stayed for two nights visiting the food and wine festival in Orange. The apartment was on the ground floor with two good sized bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet.
We had a leaking toilet which was promptly fixed when highlighted to the manager. Very efficient service!
We arrived late on Friday night and the checkin process was quick and easy with the keys available in a little box at the front of the house.
Can recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Orange

We stayed in Apartment No 1 located on the ground floor. This apartment was huge for me and my 3 friends. The covered porch was wonderful place to sit and enjoy the morning rays of sunshine. The lounge, dining area and hallway had polished floorboards while the 3 bedrooms had carpet. The 3 bedrooms were a good size, the beds were really comfortable and came with lovely bed linen/doonas. There is a huge bathroom with spa, a second bathroom in the laundry and a separate toilet. Everything you need is right here in this apartment, all you need are clothes and food. Donna and Tom were warm, friendly and truly wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning to Orange sometime soon. I would highly recommend Cole House as it has all the comforts of home.

We stayed at Cole house recently for a wedding, there was a large group of us (16 all up) and the place was perfect for what we needed !
As we were a couple of family groups, we needed somewhere that people could have their own space, but also where we could all congregate for meals.
We hired rooms 1, 3, 4 and 5.
All apartments were clean and tidy and had all the required amenities.
The indoor Barbecue in apartment 5 was interesting, but served it's purpose for our family dinner the night before the wedding.
The location is convenient, just outside of town, so you do need a car to get around, but we liked the fact it was out of the way.
Plenty of space, everything you need, very comfortable and very clean !!

We were looking for accommodation in Orange which offered comfort, space, cleanliness, a good sized, well equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer and undercover parking and we were lucky enough to find it all at Cole House. We recently stayed for a week in the spacious two bedroom apartment and were very comfortable. There was an office area with ample room for us to set up both our computers and work comfortably. This is definitely a home away from home and we have already booked again.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment for a week in order to attend a close friends second wedding - this suited us as there was one couple and two single ladies - the single ladies shared the large bathroom and had the privacy of two of the double rooms down the passage whilst my husband and I used the double room and smaller bathroom off the main area! The area was spacious enough to share meals, watch tv, whilst also providing a lovely sunny spot to sit and read. The free wi fi was very useful and the apartment was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Our only regret was that we ran out of time to make use of the indoor bbq. One of the ladies left something behind and on enquiry was told the item was found and would be posted promptly. We would certainly use the apartments again for future long term stays.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. The apartment was large and equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with good heating. The location was quite convenient too. The only thing that would have been a bonus would be a second bathroom. We were there for a family occasion and there were 5 adults and 1 child trying to get ready at the same time, however there was a 2nd toilet.

We do not have any vacancy as I am sure I answered this quite a long time ago.
Hi Denise, Thanks for your enquiry. Normally we have a 2 night minimum over a week-end, but luckily for you on that week-end we do have a single Saturday night vacancy on the 10th October in our ground floor 2 bedroom apartment.. Under the circumstances I would be prepared to allow your Westie on the condition you accept all responsibility for any damage or additional cleaning costs if necessary. Our nightly rate for 2 persons would be $165 and extra persons would incur an extra cost of $50 per adult or $39 per child per night. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
