We love Orange and we love The Oriania. Stayed one night and enjoyed a lovely welcome glass of local Rose and dinner in the Peacock Room. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, right down to fresh milk and tea leaves for the morning cuppa - a rare thing but very much appreciated. The staff are professional and friendly.

$250 a night for a 70s motel room with a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture is pretty steep. I like what they are doing to the main reception areas… but the rooms are 3 star at best. Some nice inclusions - a free glass of wine and some snacks… but really not worthy of the $$$ price tag

Arrived in Orange. Booked the Oriana for 2 nights. Check in a breeze. The rooms just have received a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom are small. The pool area is nice, and it needs reservation to have Lunch etc at the pool, plus there is a $10 extra charge of $10. Kids are not allowed in the pool. The food and beverages are average and nothing to right home about when comparing features and benefits. There is not too much to do in Orange, except to visit overpriced Wineries. So, basically speaking 2 nights in the Oriana would cost you give and take for 2 people $800-$900 With that kind of money you easily stay in a 5 Star Hotel Resort with superb food.

Do not miss staying here! I’ve stayed many times now and hate staying anywhere else in Orange if they are booked out. The staff are brilliant, passionate, professional and considerate. Highly trained and love to make you feel welcome. They really are “old school” , know my name, will approach me to catch up, extremely attentive and aware. You rarely this standard these days. Rooms are always clean and constant improvements made. Quiet location whilst local and convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area with a 50’s vibe. Bar staff are outstanding with the best cocktails I’ve had in ages (tried most the menu!) Strongly recommend for Business or pleasure. (I almost hate to share)

A great place to stay. Lovely staff, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. Parking at front door of rooms a bonus too. Nice central location. Lovely bar and the Peacock room for dining adds a special touch!
