We recently stayed for one night on our way home to Victoria with our Border Collie. The whole experience was wonderful, from booking to arriving and staying. Colin & Laraine were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was great, so much to choose from. Our room was large, comfortable, with a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. The location...

My husband and I chose this unique B&B as we could have our little dog with us. What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to find not only it is dog friendly, it has fabulous gardens, beautifully decorated and warm and inviting hosts. Have already booked another couple of nights later in the year. Would never stay anywhere else in...

With a layered blend of many eras you will feel like you have stepped back through grandma's living room, mums kitchen and childhood holiday homes. The accomodation was comfortable, clean and homely. It was quite a luxury to have a made to order breakfast cooked- and our hosts were even willing to indulge a nine year old who felt that creamed...

We like choosing B&Bs when we travel. The owners, Xolin and Larraine were wonderful. They gave us all kind of advice where to go, what the locals like to do, places to eat. The accommodations were perfect. The B&B is in an old home over 100 years old. Looks Ike you stepped back in time with all the antiques, stained...

Due to some unfortunate last minute change of travel plans I was forced to find accommodation near the rail line for one night only after managing to get a shuttle from Newcastle Airport. My daughter discovered this unique B and B, thank goodness, flight was very late arriving but my host, Colin, was waiting to welcome me and I felt...

This B&B is a great place to stay for a night or to chill out for a week or two. It has memories of an era past and was built in 1912 and the owners Colin and Laraine have kept those bygone times alive by capturing the decor perfectly. Our hosts were charming and went out of their way to...

A lovely place to stay, with excellent service and friendliness from the hosts Colin and Laraine. They went out of their way to help us, especially with our 4 legged friend Harley. This B and B is comfy and cosy, beautiful breakfast and gorgeous fenced backyard/garden. It was also an excellent location, right near the 9-ways for buses, easy access...

What a great place. We travelled from Melbourne to Gold Coast with Newcastle being about 1/2 way. We needed somewhere to stay that would accept pets also (we have a Cavoodle). We were so lucky to find Hamilton Heritage, not only is it beautifully kept, it's comfortable, clean and very convenient to restuarants. Colin and Nancy are great hosts, they're very...

From the Snugglepot and Cuddlepie fabric seating in the eating area, to the gum leaf stained glass windows, this Heritage home is a tribute to its owners', Col and Loraine, dedication and work. What a delightful find this gem is. A really good location close to restaurants, transport and nightlife. The hosts could not have been any more help and the room was great. Breakfast was sensational and we checked out feeling like we had made friends. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all.
