I liked the hotel it was good but I gave it 3 stars because it's just not a 5 star kind of place.
There was loud music on Friday and Saturday night which might bother some people but it didn't really bother me.

Hotel is for pub patrons only and not for tourists. Karaoke til 2.00am on floor directly below rooms was unbearable. Communial toilets and showers with unsecured entry doors gave no level of privacy. Manager though was helpful. Mature ladies had to share one bed.

For a quick overnight trip to Newcastle it was the right room for the right price. Friendly staff. Construction work was a little annoying throughout the night and early morning. You get what you pay for.
Dropped in here for a drink onway home. Lots of construction underway as renovations are taking place. Bar staff friendly. If you want something to eat then walk over to shopping centre as no food here other then home made pies.
