All these similar water from places fetch a similar price in Newcaslte. For what we got it's pretty good. Has the upper class feel about it but at times the staff can be a little average. Some staff are excellent tho. Restaurant is very nice as are all bars and restaurants in this area. Obviously a excellent view rooms are...

Dear Mroking, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We realize you have many choices when it comes to lodging, and we sincerely appreciate your business with us. I am glad to read that you have regarded the nice Restaurant and Bar, and well liked the rooms and its views. However, we regret if some services from...

Very helpful and enthusiastic staff! Room was a good size and quite comfortable. Oddly, the bedside tables and desk lacked any drawers. Storage is fine for a couple but if you were to use the convertible couch as well there would be insufficient storage space. Be aware that if you book a harbour-side room it can be noisy - ship's...

Thank you for your review Rod B, your feedback is very much appreciated. I am pleased to let you know that we have rooms available with walk-in showers, rather than the shower over bath configuration. Please be sure to book an Accessible Suite online, or ask for a walk in shower if booking over the phone. It is due to...

Smart, well designed hotel. Spacious room divided into sitting and sleeping areas overlooking a harbour with interesting activity. Staff unfailingly politely helpful. Great location for visiting Newcastle with a harbour side promenade giving car free access to some 20 or so different places to eat along Honeysuckle, and within a short walking distance Darby Street with twice as many restaurants...

Great location overlooking the harbour service was poor when it takes over 15 min to serve a wine its poor. The meal was good but no way was near enough to be great, the chef obviously thinks his better than what he is

Asked for a quiet room and got the ground floor room 025. It was comfortable and clean. Nothing new about this place but the rate was fair and the room worked well. Interesting to be woken by tugboats during the night! The location is very good for food and access to the city center. I will be back there again...

Thank you for your review of our hotel. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We are incredibly lucky to be located on such a fascinating 24 hour working harbour, although with the excitement of the harbour brings the unfortunate mandatory horns from the large ships entering and exiting the port during day and night. I hope to...

Adrian on the front desk was great when he checked us in...carefully explaining that the band playing at the function would be ending at 1830 hours...it made the row bearable. The hotel was, when we arrived, bogan central but clearly not the hotels fault! The staff were much more classy and sophisticated than some of their clientele. The room was...

Spent 3 nights here recently, the staff were friendly and polite, however Linda in the restaurant is just wonderful, nothing is too much of a problem and any request is met with a warm smile.
