Detailed Reviews
So I am very mixed on this review there were negatives an positives.
Positives- Great location in Hamilton close to many shops and restaurants ect.
Reasonably clean and provided great amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee.
Easy access to building.
Most queries were rectified.
Negatives - We arrived to a lovely cool apartment due to the air conditioning, after a few hours the air con stopped working in the main bedroom, it's summer and thee aren't ceiling fans so the room became very hot and the street was so loud over the weekend we couldn't open the window at night.
The television in the main room also was broken and was not able to be used. The sofa bed/lounge in main room was broken but however was replaced some hours later, we weren't told this was happening so on return from lunch we arrived to an open apartment filled with workers pushing our belongings around to take the old lounge out to replace, was great but a heads up someone was entering our apartment without our knowledge would have been nice.
Dirty oven ans stove, ripped towels and the toilet started to run non stop ans the bottom wouldn't press in the middle of the night.
Outside noise is very loud. I requested a High floor close to elevator but was given the lowest floor as far from the lift as they could get. Burn marks and ash all over the back table too.
These apartments are fine for a night maybe two but i wouldn't stay an longer. The two bedroom apartment is way to small for a family of 4.
After calling and discussing these issues with someone other than the sofa nothing else was rectified. I requested a blanket after they took the blanket that was on the old sofa, cleaner said they would bring one but they never did.
Other than the TV and air con not working everything was tolerable. After all this a discount or partial refund should of been offered but nothing at all.
Unfortunately I don't think my family and I will return to boulevard on beaumont.

We only stayed one night, a blizzardy Saturday night in winter but this apartment had everything we needed. The floor layout was not great, but nothing missing, shower, bath, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen. Contactless entry, easy to navigate. Beaumont St is a fun place at night

DISSAPPOINTED. My 4th stay here and it had been great preciously.
Garbage disposal is a problem when you can't dispose your own garbage after a 5 night stay! A local resident offered us some advice on how to access apartment garbage bins but, we didn't have a pin number for that!
Don't be fooled about a double bed. Two king singles with a crack up the middle. On my previous stays I had a road facing balcony opposed to a lack of privacy and noise if you get a room with inside facing balcony. Maybe it's just me that prefers traffic noise to people noise.

I Booked an accessible room as my Partner is in a wheelchair. On the day of arrival I was advised there was no reception on site and I would receive codes for access. I Paid for secure parking which turned out to be 200m down the road, not good when it’s raining and you are in a wheel chair. On inspection of Our room there was a corner spa bath which my partner could not get into, no shower and a queen bed with about 30cm on either side so unable to transfer into it. I called immediately to be told that the accessible room we booked was given to someone else even after I had spoken to 3 people prior. It is difficult to find suitable accommodation anytime and this is the reason why traveling is avoided. I managed to secure a room at another venue but paid a huge amount of money as there were no options at such late notice. My money was refunded as requested but this is just not good enough !!

Don’t waste your time, BackPacker accommodation would be better. Off site management are not helpful.
Parking- limited parking onsite requires payment, otherwise off site is away from building, also requires nightly payment. Access codes did not work. Broken bedside table. Glassware, crockery, cutlery all dirty, fridge dirty, hair in fridge. Heavy buildup dust and hair in wardrobes, runners, shelves, drawers, laundry area. Accessible shower a joke… tiles slippery, shower water covers the whole bathroom, slip hazard ++++. Checked out early, followed their checkout instructions SMS to mobile number advised we had checked out, following day received text re departure, conversation with reception staff again advised we checked out previous day, 6.30pm received phone call asking if we checked out today!!!!!
Do yourself a favour, DON’T CHECK IN…AVOID
Rating 1 is too much, below ZERO would be more accurate.

On arrival to the property we found it looked & smelt like most rooms are permanently rented. I could smell curry all through the building and the hallways were filthy. Once in the room, passing the person that look homeless in the hallway, we entered the room to find it also in a bad state. Bathroom was not that clean. Mould growing in the broken plastic bin in the bathroom. Off milk spilt in the fridge & fridge door. Broken glass bottle on the balcony and the whole very small room felt like someone had been squatting in it for some time. Bed was like concrete and the hard piece of timber down the middle of the king bed meant i had to sleep on the very edge of the bed. I have not stayed for some time at this address, but in other times it was a beautifully apppionted location to stay at. More like a backpackers now and def not worth $250 per night....

I wish I could give this hotel a 0/5. I checked into my apartment and I felt instantly ill from how dirty the space was.. and the smell! It had not been cleaned from the prior guests and there was dirty towels on the floor, food all through the lounge area, some sort of slimey grease over the leather couch and bugs in corners of the room. I instantly left and had to book another hotel for the night. I advised the management I wasn't going to stay in the room and wanted a refund and they have ignored all communication when I have tried to follow up. A place like this should be shut down for unhygienic practices that's dangerous to its guests.

I tried to stay one night at the Boulevard on Beaumont as they advertised themselves as Pet Friendly. Unfortunately they are not People friendly. I arrived late afternoon after an 8 hour drive from Qld, and there was no reception. I had to use codes for every doorway and lift well. I had to park in a garage that housed several industrial bins as the space back onto two cafes/restaurant. Then I had to have a code for every single door I went to including opening and using the lift, the entrance door, the garage door, and the room door. The codes did not work very time and I had to twice ask other people to put their code in to allow me to get where I was going. The room was dark and dingy and located above a restaurant and on the busy street. I asked for a refund as I was leaving but was denied. No reception at all, had to talk by phone every time I needed to move around the infrastructure, as the code changed twice in the very short time I was there. I couldn't stay in a dark, damp and smelly room. The shower recess was wet. Just because I own a well house trained older dog, doesn't mean I want to stay overnight in a grudge. It was an insult and a horrible place to stay. The person on the other end of the phone, didn't give a damn about how I felt.

Unit not cleaned dirty towels been left on floor in bedrooms and bathrooms. Soap and shampoo bootlegs left open in shower. beds not serviced and stripped so we had to fashion our own sheets so we could sleep as we arrived late. kitchen had dirty dishes hidden in cupboards and floors sticky and not mopped. Spoke with receptionist they next and morning and she got the unit serviced but floors still weren’t cleaned . I did ask for the management to call me but unfortunately they don’t like talking to customers.
They say you get what you pay for I won’t pay for it next time. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here.

Very rude owner/ manager! Aircon wasn’t working in our room. We checked in late, called emergency number nobody answered. Called them the next day being a Sunday and when I spoke to the manager he was very rude and abrupt! Was literally screaming over the phone. He said if I wasn’t happy why didn’t we leave? I asked for a refund for that night and he refused. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even for free! Kitchen was infested in small cockroaches! 🤮🤢

Hi Russell,
Off-street undercover parking is available for $20. Must be booked as we only have limited spaces available.
Alternatively, there is ample street parking surrounding the hotel.
Kind regards,
Luke
Stephen H,there's no gym facilities.
Hello Kay,
Thank you for your question. We have some room types with a two person corner spa where the shower is over the top of it. We also have rooms with a standard walk in shower without the spa.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Luke Foteff
