Loved this place. The service was fantastic and we loved the touches of luxury with the gas fireplace and spa bath in our room, with a complimentarybottle of champgne and bath bombs. We especially loved being able to relax in the bath house and swimming pool in the peace and quiet and not having to worry about kids splashing about and being loud in general. Whilst the place is a tiny bit dated, I loved the European vibe of the place and highly recommend. We will be back. Would have loved if the restaurant was open, however, the taxis are very prompt and we enjoyed a great meal in town. The bakery across the road was also very easy to get to.

The place is outdated and tired looking. It would have been the bee's knees once upon a time.
It was far from relaxing as we had zero sleep because we had to endure a couple under the influence of something in the room above arguing from 9:30 pm until 7:00 am. They also ran and drained 4 spas in that time. It was very noisy through the timber floor, better off booking an upstairs room.
So much for being "adults only", they sounded like whinging teens.
When we called the number for complaints, the after hours diversion "may have not been activated".
We'll never stay there again due to this experience and that there's nothing doing in Moama, better off staying in Echuca.

We were quite impressed with this place especially the lovely pool area.. very relaxing 😎 The owners were accommodating and pleasant. The rooms were, as I said, just a few steps up from your usual dodgy Motel. Good mattresses, good quality Teas, the rooms themselves were very clean and pleasantly decorated. Lovely shower seperate from the room which had a free standing spa bath, we didn’t use it but it looked inviting. NB. Calling it a Resort is just a little OTT?? but we noticed almost all the accommodation in Echuca area was thus described. The Spa! for facials, massages etc... was booked up three weeks in advance so I recommend you book your treatments well in advance. The resident Kangaroo and her Joey dining outside our window were another plus.

I went up the Moama with two other girlfriends for a quick weekend trip. We only stayer 1 night however we loved it! The room was very spacious and had a spa tub. Shower was great. Everything was very clean and when we walked in the heater was already on, so it was toasty warm. Beds were very comfortable and the blockout blinds were so good that you can't tell if its day or night. We used the spa and sauna next the pool and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend this Motel. Thanks! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overpriced run down and dingy, no food choices on site, no Austar, no dvd channel even though it says it had a 24 hour one, dingy room, hopeless hairdryer, very pricey for what we got. Disappointing. Remote on telly didn’t work week had to keep banging it to make it work, room was freezing overnight put heater on then it was too hot thermostat on heater was dodgy I think, shower was poor and slippery, fan in shower area didn’t work well leaving everything soaking wet in shower area including our toiletries. Won’t be back stayed in 2015 it was awesome, pretty run down now

We only stayed one night. It was surprisingly good for the price, we’d paid $40 more the night before in a motel in Parkes that had a spa in the room that didn’t have the same level of luxury.
We would have paid 20% more and it still would have been great value.
We loved the bed, it was comfy. It was in the main street with plenty of choice for cafes and restaurants. Owner was very friendly. Room was very clean. Quiet too - which was also a surprise as it was on the main road.

The manager and staff are pleasant and the bed comfortable. The pool is large and clean but not heated so i did not use it . There are two indoor spas as well. Our room was tired and dated ,the surface of the spa in our room was scuffed and had surface scratches and we did not use it.The room was large but the toilet and shower is cramped with no shower screen or curtain, the toilet role holder was hanging off the wall. Our room had new carpet but the lighting was poor, windows needed cleaning of cobwebs [outside] ,inhouse movies are an extra 20$ a day there are no netflix etc.
As a resort type experience and for the price i did not think it was good value.

Our room was very nice, very clean and spacious. We booked this Motel for the spa but it was a bit of a let down with only a few jets in working order.

There was little cutlery and we had to butter our toast with a spoon and use our saucers as plates for our breakfast.

Just small things but for $200 a night I expected better.

I would stay again as the room was very updated Nd comfy

We have been coming here for years and love the pool area in particular.
The resort used to have sturdy pool lounges and umbrellas around the pool.
Unfortunately, there were only 4 slightly broken light weight pool lounges, not enough to service the pool goers on a hot day.
The pool is the show piece of the resort and management need to supply more lounges for the sun lovers.
I went and bought my own pool lounge so I could relax in comfort.
I feel that management need to address this problem ASAP.
Everything else was fine though.

My partner and I went to madison spa resort for one night in the King spa room. Loved the spa by the window, comfy bed, bush scenery, nice staff and so much more. Highly recommended. 5 star review but a few recommendations - a microwave in the room would be good, more milk in the fridge (2 or 3 of the one use cartons instead of 1) and robes for the high end rooms would be amazing. Definitely coming back to stay again and try out the day spa.
