Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great low budget motel in convenient location in Moama. Bakery across the road and cafes, pub and restaurants only 100 metres down the road. Very large and spacious room with quiet air-conditioner. Super cold bar fridge was welcomed. Immaculately clean. Two pools in complex ensured they weren't overly crowded, despite full house and hot summer days. Only draw back was the bed: too uncomfortable and rickety for us. We ended upcoming home a day earlier to get a better night sleep.

We spent 4 nights based here on a tour to the Echuca Moama area with 34 people from my retirement village. A large motel with blocks of ground floor units spread over grounds. Poor meet and greet on arrival, basic room well equipped with microwave, toaster, though no bath mat plates or cutlery. Main Bar not stocked with enough pre dinner drinks, no couches in bar area, very basic plastic chairs and tables in dining area, most comfortable dining chairs stacked away not for our use. Basic cooked breakfast served each morning, no variety, no fruit, choice of 2 bland cereal packets, sandwich bread for toasting. Beds not made up each day, only when I left bed completed rearranged was it straightened out. Enthusiastic departure commentary when staff member boarded coach to wish us well. Needs lots of TLC, better management for large groups and more training of staff.

I purchased this as a Travel Auction & I am very disappointed in the condition of the room & ensuite. The shower base had been painted & the paint had lifted. No Retururant open & no bottle of wine on arrival. I gave it to my Daughter as a gift & I feel that I have been sucked in. I will never bid on Travel Actions again. A bad experience.

Normally if what I have to say is not good I keep it to myself but in this case it needs to be told. Booked a room on an advertised rate through my normal booking service, have stayed here several times before and returned but will not ever stay here again. Room was not the level I booked, it was dirty and poorly maintained. Noisy with passing traffic, if I could give this place a negative score I would.

The room was quite dirty and smells like urine. The shower was mouldy and hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Curtains were torn and ratty. Rooms are big and have a microwave. Plenty of storage for a short stay. Staff are nice Hopefully just trying to get back up after Covid.

Rooms were ok the staff were very friendly the two pools were filthy couldn't see the bottom of them (health hazard) the facilities such as the gazebo etc could do with a regular clean (should be cleaned daily not monthly as it would seem) the gardens were poorly maintained hedges not serviced palm trees with dead and fallen branches, lawns poorly serviced and un - watered, however pretty good location and the Moama bakery across the road was excellent.

Great place. Booked and re-booked 3 rooms for a group of bowls - no problems and very helpful lady on reception. Rooms far bigger than expected, clean and bright. The little touches were covered like cork screw, mugs, wine glasses extra pillows and blanket. Big plus was chairs. 2 out front, 2 at inside table for dinning, plus another area for computer, 2 tub chairs with little table to watch TV from. Then out the back over looking the garden a table with 2 chairs. All to make life easy and enjoyable We had rooms 22, 31 & 40.( A couple of weeks ago we stayed in a room with 1 chair.)

We had a 2 bedroom room. The room looked a bit tired, needs renovations particularly bathroom but very clean, everything in working order. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They have some lovely facilities (pools and bbq areas) but we were only there overnight so did not use them. They have electric vehicle charging available. The lady in reception was wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

We had an auction holiday. Friday and Saturday night. Had to pay a surcharge. Didn't mind, but missed out on 3rd night free due to covid. Bottle of wine on arrival. Didn't receive. Continental breakfast for two mornings delivered after 7 Friday night. Bread was dry by Sunday morning. Fridge had a smell. I cleaned it. Sour milk under the crisper. ( That was as soon as we arrived) Water went brown while in the shower Sunday morning. Pressure was great though. Bed was very firm. Otherwise great. Within walking distance to Moama bowling club. Fantastic meals and service at the club.
