Had a great weekend away, friendly staff who were available all the time and very helpful, plenty of space in the self contained apartment and for a great price. Roads surrounding nice and quiet so had a good night sleep.

Our group had the 3 bedroom villa we found it modern decor, very clean and well presented. Bedding, linen & towels provided. Private acess to outdoor setting and small pool available to the villa residents. Located within walking distance to the pokie bowling club which has lots to offer visitors. Only 1 bathroom, however laundry and mirrors in rooms.

The manager was very obliging when we phoned ahead much earlier than scheduled check-in time, and was quite happy for us to check in about an hour & half earlier. Unit was very clean & comfortable, and we loved the quiet location. Had some lovely walks around Horseshoe lagoon, which was lovely, and within walking distance of our unit. Handy to amenities, and very well equipped. Much cheaper than some other places we have stayed at in Echuca, but just as good. Would stay here again

Lovely, modern, spacious accommodation. Generous size for 5 of us. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Easy access to amenities round about and the steamer trip we took on the Murray river. No hesitation in recommending.hello

We stayed at these villas in January this year for one week. We found our unit to be very clean well maintained which catered for all our needs. Some of the positives for us were the full size fridge, stove, microwave, a nice large TV, under cover car parking, full laundry, availability of a swimming pool, privacy, noise free and close proximity to the clubs and local shops. Overall we had a great stay and will recommend these units to our friends and relatives. The cost was very reasonable for that period of the school holiday season. We will certainly return to these villas again.

Really impressed with the Villa we stayed in. It is a generous sized 2 bedroom unit with all the essentials. Large living and kitchen areas, parking onsite and spacious bedrooms. Very good value for the price. It's in a residential street away from the main town area, so it was nice and quiet, but also meant that driving was essential to get around town.

Great service from owner - booking was made through central agency, however I was able to contact owner immediately afterwards to discuss early check-in, which was immediately accommodated. Upon arrival was greeted by friendly owner. Found the premises to be spotless. Portacot was there waiting for us, as previously agreed. We are a family of five - two adults, two young children and one baby - the villa was laid out perfectly and was very comfortable with spacious lounge area. It had everything we needed, including separate laundry area and bathroom. Perfectly located, central to both Echuca and Moama towns. Lovely walk to river. Best of all, it was quiet! No traffic noise, no early morning bird calls. Great value for money, very impressed, and will definitely remember these…

What a lovely place to stay! The units were spotlessly clean and very comfortable - modern throughout and everything you would need for a short or long stay. Our children loved the swimming pool too. The owner was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be coming back - and staying longer next time.

Highly recommend this place for a holiday either for short term or long term. The units are spacious with everything you need for a self-contained break and great quality. In a quiet location but still close enough to everything you need.
