Very well presented units, close to all facilities,. can even watch the paddle steamers go by.. The unit was very clean and well maintained with additional personal items included. Many activities in the area. Would highly recommend.

3 of us stayed in the 3 bedroom unit, it was very clean and well appointed, including a washer and dryer. The units are within easy walking distance of the bowls club, the river and the other amenities in the main street. It's about a 10 minute drive to rich river golf club. I would happily stay there again, it worked very well for us.

First time we have stayed there but will certainly return. All rooms were extremely neat, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable and no road noise to be heard. Have stayed at other apartments in Echuca/Moama but this is the best. We were greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our apartment, this does not happen very often.

This a a great place to spread out and enjoy the quiet. Beds were comfortable and water hot. Only downside is the costly internet. A nice spot to walk along the river is close by. The daily paper is welcomed. So much nicer than a motel if there are more than two of you. We will be returning here again next trip. It is a little gem.

What a gem! Absolutely spotless, spacious and ideal for a relaxing getaway.We stayed 3 nights and we highly recommend theses villas/units. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the furniture is minimal but very comfy. There is everything you need, microwave, hair dryer, pool, daily free newspapers, iron ,washing machine and large tv with dvd at the main office to borrow. Lovely clean bedding and soft towels. Only issue was the wifi. It was basically non existent. Was just being put in but said we had free 250 gb but after 10 minutes of trying to get on and it constantly failing, the service then said we had used all our data and had to then pay....not happening! Also we had several bull ants at night come under the door. Could do with a flap over base of the door to stop insects.…

Villa No 5.Walk into the front door and straight away feel "at home". Everything is so spotlessly clean and when you walk around you discover that it feels "just like home" You notice the spacious kitchen with all the appliances and every bit of crockery and cookware one needs to prepare the meals...They even have Salt and pepper shakers, Cling wrap and tinfoil for cooking (how many places provide these little necessities?) The living room with not just one full size lounge to snuggle up onto but another one (have one each if sharing is not your thing) I hate those places that provide a couple of chairs to sit and watch television especially if romance is what you are seeking !!!.... A full sized dining setting will accommodate a family or just couples. .A great size master…

Recently enjoyed a 4 night stay in 2 bedroom villa, could not fault the unit. Everything you need is provided; clean and very comfortable in a relaxed, quiet environment. Look forward to staying again.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Just what we wanted for a three day stay. Close to Echuca Moama, which are delightful. We ate in and out, both of which works out fine. We enjoyed our stay here.

Well where to start,from the moment my wife talked to Laurie on the phone to book to the last check in theses host couldn't have been more helpful,location is good 5 mins to both towns,a small unit complex(8 units) so no noise from other guests and units well super clean spacious and everything from a spoon to washing machine.beds comfy lounge comfy so if u pass through this gorgeous town do u self a favour and give Emma and Laurie a call u won't be disappointed. (PS.paddlestamer 2 hr cruise on emmylou is grouse)

Had a great weekend stay. Convenient for all amenities and a short walk to the river. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Having a carport was good and the morning paper each day was a nice touch.
