We were looking for a place to have a quick break from everyday life. We enjoyed the villas, they were just right for a winter get away. They were clean, and very well equipped, close to all amenities and attractions. We would recommend them to others.

Full marks to the owners and staff. They deserved the above rating for comfort, amenities and cleanliness. Proximity to all the good clubs and Echuca shopping and sightseeing made for a very memorable stay

These spacious self contained units are just lovely. I was impressed that essentials such as cling wrap, foil, baking paper, salt and pepper, and laundry powder are all supplied. As well as papers daily! These villas are so much better than a motel and are competitively priced. I stayed here for over a week and was completely at home and could self cater saving so much on $ on food. There is even a great lot of herbs growing in pots which I made use of fairly often. The owners Emma and Laurie are wonderful and are happy to leave you to it but are just a phone call away if needed. Highly recommended to families, couples and those traveling for work.

Super clean. Very quiet. Nice walk to the heart of Echuca. So many little extras made our stay even better than we imagined. Daily paper, secure court yard, large spacious rooms and inviting pool. The staff were friendly and extremely approachable. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone, especially families with small children.

This block of units is the perfect place to stay when visiting Moama or Echuca. Not flashy but just what we needed. In a quiet area near the bowls club and the river the units were clean and comfortable. The units are air conditioned and well equipped with a proper kitchen and laundry and a minimum of 2 seperate bedrooms. Friendly staff. Make sure you pick up key or arrange for it to be put in safe lock as reception is not 24/7 A delightful place. Good food at pub on corner near main road We will be back

This a a great place to spread out and enjoy the quiet. Beds were comfortable and water hot. Only downside is the costly internet. A nice spot to walk along the river is close by. The daily paper is welcomed. So much nicer than a motel if there are more than two of you. We will be returning here again next trip. It is a little gem.

What a gem! Absolutely spotless, spacious and ideal for a relaxing getaway.We stayed 3 nights and we highly recommend theses villas/units. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the furniture is minimal but very comfy. There is everything you need, microwave, hair dryer, pool, daily free newspapers, iron ,washing machine and large tv with dvd at the main office to borrow. Lovely clean bedding and soft towels. Only issue was the wifi. It was basically non existent. Was just being put in but said we had free 250 gb but after 10 minutes of trying to get on and it constantly failing, the service then said we had used all our data and had to then pay....not happening! Also we had several bull ants at night come under the door. Could do with a flap over base of the door to stop insects. Perfect location for all your adventures. Bowling club at the top of the street. Friendly and helpful owner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Villa No 5.Walk into the front door and straight away feel "at home". Everything is so spotlessly clean and when you walk around you discover that it feels "just like home" You notice the spacious kitchen with all the appliances and every bit of crockery and cookware one needs to prepare the meals...They even have Salt and pepper shakers, Cling wrap and tinfoil for cooking (how many places provide these little necessities?) The living room with not just one full size lounge to snuggle up onto but another one (have one each if sharing is not your thing) I hate those places that provide a couple of chairs to sit and watch television especially if romance is what you are seeking !!!.... A full sized dining setting will accommodate a family or just couples. .A great size master bedroom with a queen bed and a single with twin beds all with electric blankets and reading lamps. Good sized wardrobes as well. The bathroom was more than adequate and spotless....Full sized washing machine with washing powder and softener supplied as well.....It was very quiet and peaceful and so close to town...5 mins in the car....Laurie the owner was so friendly and helpful......this is a young couple doing their very best to make their guests not only comfortable but at home. It's not a flashy resort but I'd give it 4 stars because it's clean, homely, comfortable and reasonably priced as well......Try it and see for yourself. We stayed 2 days and I would be happy to stay for any length of time. ..Maggeb

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Just what we wanted for a three day stay. Close to Echuca Moama, which are delightful. We ate in and out, both of which works out fine. We enjoyed our stay here.

"The only thing I would recommend is to install a dishwasher, and possibly have the option to hire a room with a queen bed. I wouldnt mind paying extra for a larger bed option."
