The unit was quiet, well laid out, spacious and comfortable. It was very close to all amenities and tourist attractions. The unit could do with a bit of TLC a coat of paint and a carpet shampoo, but I would still recommend the units, and would certainly stay there again. In my opinion, the photos did not do it justice. Thanks for a memorable stay.

We stayed here at the end of June and on the morning that we were due to arrive I received a phone call to ask what time we would be arriving and as it was in the late afternoon the lady told me where the keys would be and that she would pull the blinds to keep the unit warm. When we arrived she had left the heater on for us so the unit was nice and warm. The unit was very clean and there was everything that you need for a very pleasant stay. There were two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a clothes airer. There is a clothes line in the car port but it doesn't get much sun so drying was not so good. There is also a small outdoor area at the back of the unit were you can sit and have a cold drink or coffee. The lady who looks after the units is very friendly and helpful. There is also a daily newspaper. There is an outdoor BBQ area and also a swimming pool with another BBQ. Your car space is undercover. Would stay again when we are in the area.…

Stayed two nights in one bedroom unit hot days in October very well equipped unit Did have connecting door to a mirror unit behind would I expect be noisy but as the park was very quite not an issue for us Air con good but with seperate bedroom was still uncomfortable to sleep fan very noisy Large and comfy bathroom large tub and spacious area Bit of a walk to amenities like the large bins garbage and recycling as well as BBQ and cloths lines Must be very interesting when full park well set out lots of space Pool was great but again as many villas face this space when full of kids very noisy Many activities for children in school holidays great fun Particularly liked the local fauna like the ducks and family of kangaroos grazing at dusk Overall hard to evaluate as there were only half a dozen units let when we were there but really enjoyed the atmosphere and The layout which has it’s pools ,children areas ,tennis court, close to river We enjoyed our stay very much…

I stayed at this location with my husband and enjoyed the tranquility and proximity of all that is Echuca including an evening of entertainment with Cybill, Manuel and Basil of the British Faulty Towers comedy show presented at a local restaurant. Totally unexpected and unplanned but that’s what made it so fabulous.

Really wonderful place for families. Really nice accommodation but you can tell many families go through regularly as there is signs of wear. The sliding door was coming out of the wall socket and a few other things. I feel for property owners because some people can be so rough on accommodation.

Don't stay here if you want ultra-modern, glitzy accommodation with all the bells and whistles of a 5 star hotel. BUT if you want value-for-money, cleanliness, comfort, quiet and spacious, well equipped units then this is the place for you. We had a two bedroom unit which was up-to-date and spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The units are in a suburban area which means they are quiet but, generally, do require a car to get into town in a reasonable time.. There is, however, a riverside walk directly from the units which would take you into town in about 20 minutes.

My daughter booked this place as last minute decision to go away for a few days. The room is very clean, the linen is hotel "white" and so to the towels. All things needed to make or welcome easy , like tea,coffee,sugar , toilet paper were a great help. Instructions on keys, amenities, whats around the area were clear and concise. Cant remember who my daughter talked to but she was very helpful. Nice quite location with proximity to most things.

These villas are so good, well maintained & great amenities. Had everything we needed from a full kitchen to a washing machine. Although no dryer, a clothes airer was there plus a small clothesline in the carport.The kitchen was really well stock & had all the things you need. Including pots & pans of different sizes, loads of ‘other’ utensils you don’t usually find. We were also surprised to find paper towel, cling wrap, alfoil & baking paper. Whether they have been left by previous visitors or are supplied by the villa owners I can’t confirm. I suspect the owners supply these as we also had loads of extra toilet paper too. We booked for 3 nights & loved it so much we booked an extra 2 nights & luckily, being September & prior to school hols, we were able to stay. This is one of the best places we have stayed at & at a reasonable price too. We love Echuca/Moama & visit also yearly & this is our new place to stay. We will definitely be back & highly recommend. Thanks to Emma & family & staff for making this a great place to stay.…

Overall we enjoyed the spacious dinning area and lounge middle bed room opposite bathroom very small beds ordinary no lectric blanket on one bed inJune. Bathroom and toilet out of 10 I’d give 5. The service was fair the location was good

We were looking for a place to have a quick break from everyday life. We enjoyed the villas, they were just right for a winter get away. They were clean, and very well equipped, close to all amenities and attractions. We would recommend them to others.
