We stayed here at the end of June and on the morning that we were due to arrive I received a phone call to ask what time we would be arriving and as it was in the late afternoon the lady told me where the keys would be and that she would pull the blinds to keep the unit warm. When we arrived she had left the heater on for us so the unit was nice and warm. The unit was very clean and there was everything that you need for a very pleasant stay. There were two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a clothes airer. There is a clothes line in the car port but it doesn't get much sun so drying was not so good. There is also a small outdoor area at the back of the unit were you can sit and have a cold drink or coffee. The lady who looks after the units is very friendly and helpful. There is also a daily newspaper. There is an outdoor BBQ area and also a swimming pool with another BBQ. Your car space is undercover. Would stay again when we are in the area.

What a lovely place to stay immaculate and very welcoming like a home away from home. Air conditioning was amazing as it was 44c! And the shower had amazing water pressure. Comfy couches in the lounge room and the option to log into Netflix. We will be back! Thanks Terry ( & Margaret) For only a little more than a hotel so well worth it!

The unit was quiet, well laid out, spacious and comfortable. It was very close to all amenities and tourist attractions.
The unit could do with a bit of TLC a coat of paint and a carpet shampoo, but I would still recommend the units, and would certainly stay there again.
In my opinion, the photos did not do it justice.

Lovely sized appartments, more than enough space for the three of us.
Bed was comfortable. Nice quiet location. The only downside was no water pressure in the shower . Will definitely be booking for our return trip next year. The owner terry was lovely to deal with also.

Friendly owners. Well appointed. Clean. Well maintained. Deserves its 4 star rating. Great value for money. Can walk to the Moama Bowling Club. Highly recommended. Having 2 bedrooms is great for friends and family travelling. Very spacious villas.

This was the second time we have stayed at Echuca Moama Holiday Apartments and we look forward to doing it again. Great location, lovely people but the rooms are the talking point. 2 bedroom self contained accomodation with EVERYTHING thought of and oh so clean and very well appointed and maintained.

Thank you so much for a great weeks stay. Spotless clean, lovely BBQ area and pool. Loved the location and walk into Echuca was great. Bowling club was a bonus with cheap drinks and good food. Three of us stayed and the apartment was plenty big enough. We were able to do our laundry and dry it outside apartment.
Would defo recommend and hope to stay again next time.

We stayed the Friday the 22nd and Saturday the 23rd of March. We had a wedding at Moama. To meet and greet us was Kye. What a lovely guy! As soon as we went into the unit we were very impressed. Extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. Large couches to stretch out on while watching the big screen tv. Everything you could want; full kitchen and laundry. Even a daily paper each morning. Very close to everything and yet still peacefull. We will most certainly be back next time we head that way. We have already recommended the villas to heaps of people at the wedding.

These apartments are great! They are very spacious, so even with two teenagers there was plenty of room - everyone could have their space. There is just about everything there that you need, with a full size kitchen and laundry, so we enjoyed some home cooking, and I didn't need to bring home bags full of dirty washing. We would highly recommend it, especially for families.

Stayed two nights in one bedroom unit hot days in October very well equipped unit
Did have connecting door to a mirror unit behind would I expect be noisy but as the park was very quite not an issue for us
Air con good but with seperate bedroom was still uncomfortable to sleep fan very noisy
Large and comfy bathroom large tub and spacious area
Bit of a walk to amenities like the large bins garbage and recycling as well as BBQ and cloths lines
Must be very interesting when full park well set out lots of space
Pool was great but again as many villas face this space when full of kids very noisy
Many activities for children in school holidays great fun
Particularly liked the local fauna like the ducks and family of kangaroos grazing at dusk
Overall hard to evaluate as there were only half a dozen units let when we were there but really enjoyed the atmosphere and
