Detailed Reviews
We’ve just returned from two nights at Tindarra and although we had to cut our trip short due to our son falling ill, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back as soon as we can.
The accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed, there are plenty of fun things to keep children occupied and happy and the riverside bar is a perfect place to unwind and watch the paddle steamers glide down the Murray.
The breakfast hamper options are an added bonus we’d recommend also.
Keep an eye out for Gary and Dusty the alpacas, they’re very sweet and highly amusing.
A big thank you to Nadine and Julie who were so friendly and accommodating.

Staff did everything for us leading up to and the day of the wedding! I mean everything! The food was amazing and the marquee looked stunning at night with all the fairy lights! We had a breakfast hamper, picnic basket for photos, and cocktails and a platter brought to the villas after photos. Guests all commented that staff were so nice when checking in and that the villas were awesome. Great reasonable price too. So happy we booked with Tindarra. Thanks to Emily for pulling everything together on our special day. Xo

This was our 2nd stay at Tindarra and this time we brought some extra family members with us. Our stay was just as wonderful as the last. The amenities still excellent including the pool where the kids spent most of their time, spa and 2 BBQs on site (supplied with all cooking utensils and even plastic plates and serviettes). Walking distance to Woolworths and the chemist and only a few minutes by car to the Echuca main strip.
The serenity of being along the Murray was just what we all needed. Watching the sunset from our balcony was like watching a live postcard - simply breathtaking. The staff were always helpful and super friendly. We look forward to coming again.

Tindarra is absolutely amazing! We had our daughters wedding there last weekend and it was just so beautiful!! It was almost two years ago when we booked, and from day one the staff were wonderful. Even with the the floods impacting the resort the staff remained focused and the communication was second to none. They were honest, transparent and extremely informative, even though they had no control over what was going on with the weather and rising water. Well what can I say, the work everyone put in to making sure the resort/ venue was pretty much back to normal was unbelievable! Everything looked and was amazing, all our guests can’t stop raving about the wedding and the entire weekend. We can’t thank Vanessa, Pip and all of the incredible staff at Tindarra from giving Tayla & Rhys the perfect wedding. If anyone is thinking of holding their wedding here, don’t think just book!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!! 5+ stars all round 😊😊

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (No 19) which is directly opposite the pool. The villa itself is huge and spacious with 2 separate bathrooms, one of them has a spa. Nice outdoor decking area too. Kitchen was fully equipped although we did not cook during our stay. TV has Netflix and Youtube features which was great. Initially the TV was not working properly as it tends to turn off after a while and we called the reception regarding this. The staff came ASAP to assist and swapped to another TV which then worked perfectly - such a nice gesture as they went above and beyond. The outdoor pool was amazing, and there are 2 caved spa pool areas and the water temperature was perfect. On the second day of our stay, there was a power outage at Moama and we did not have power for about 2 hours. We were worried if it will continue through the night and had a chat with the management as we have a toddler to look after. The management suggested us to find another accommodation and offered a refund for our second night - again, very nice gesture! We have recommended this place to our friends and we hope to be there again in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights from Tuesday 8th March .
2022 ( the dreaded 26 )
We had a few problems with water not hot on arrival after a long trip .
Tv and radio not working .
Plus my toilet was bust .
My family did complain however and they took a deduction from our food bill after calling the restaurant .
Very nice touch .
However the following morning we had the plumber knock , the Tv man knock so never really relaxed .
I did complain in the morning as the water had gone off again and this with a condition I have made me complain also .
Reception did say are place was jinxed and it was going to go higher up .
We are still waiting for a result of this 3 weeks on .
We did have a wonderful time and what an amazing place to bring in my 50th year in Australia with my cousins .
I named the Alpacas Honey and Milky by the way .
First thing on my birthday feeding them at our door ,,, lovely .
Thank you again for dealing with all the problems we had .
Hope to return but with no work men popping in and out .
Thanks again as despite all our problems the place was amazing .

This resort is a great place to stay for families. Our kids loved the pool and facilities on site. The resort was peaceful and it felt safe for the kids to ride their scooters around. The villa we stayed in was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.
Highly recommend staying at Tindarra and we will definitely be back!

We were wanting to stay in accommodation which was close to the river. Tindarra Resort exceeded our expectations. The property was spotlessly clean, kitchen, bedroom, living, bathroom (incredibly clean) - nothing was out of place. We could honestly say Tindarra Resort was the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. Time didn't allow us to swim in the amazing swimming pool, play a game of tennis and due to our age, the terrific playground for children is outstanding. Our car had it's own private undercover carport. Our arrival time was after Reception had closed for the day, we received a message by text advising us of the code on how to get into our unit. Would we stay again? Absolutely, Yes we would. Thankyou

Another fantastic family get away to our favourite place Tindarra!! Gets better every year. The poolside ‘happy hour’ for guests only is a great addition and the kids activities such as making reindeer food and Santa cookies makes every day exciting for both kids and parents. The Villa and facilities are perfect in every way. Back again next year but will also sneak a parents getaway minus the kids in too!!

Ruined a beautiful family wedding day/evening with unprecedented actions, closing down bar and music early on in the evening. Then reopening bar and demanding any guest requiring an alcoholic drink to drink water prior to receiving anything. Really disappointing in how they topped off a brilliant day with very poor Function management!!!
