Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a beautiful clean spacious modern and very well priced motel operated by very accomodating owners. I emailed them asking if I could get in early if my room was ready due to how hot the day was going to be as I wanted to at least drop bag off rather than have in hot car. Gurpreet replied promptly then rang me when room was ready. After arriving I discovered a previous guest had removed the smoke alarm battery and this was promptly replaced also. Motel is set back enough from main road that you cant hear the traffic. I have definitely found my new motel of choice when visiting Moama and would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family. No need for me to add photos because for once the rooms are exactly as shown on website.

We normally stay at a resort in a villa but due to a 40% increase we tried this place. 2 bedroom apartment which is quite large, neat and tidy and everything worked. Friendly hosts happy to assist. We have stayed in resorts for a long time so this slower pace was welcomed by my wife and I not so much the kids. Smallish pool great for adults but kids wanted more. Very clean well worth the money and we booked again for next year, kids will get used to the slower pace. Walking distance to bowls club and the river. A few local restaurants close by.

We booked one of the spa room and the extra $ was well worth it, better than going to the pool. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable. We booked at the last minute and the managers was very accomodating and friendly

Recently I stayed here for work... one night only. The location is so easy to find and it's easy walking distance to everywhere in Moama. The outside looks really appealing.., and first impressions were good. The layouts of the rooms was as expected ...clean and neat. There is a small kitchenette inside. A spa in the bathroom. So what appeals and what does not??? Cleanliness ✅ Location ✅ Shower pressure ✅ Kitchenette ❎ Mattress and pillows ❎ The shower pressure was great... the spa was a good size. The kitchenette... interesting! I was supplied with breakfast which burnt because I didn't check the setting on a toaster, assuming it would not be set to burn... and of course the smoke alarm went off because it got quite dark. And it went off again because there is no where for the smoke to dissipate to and no fan. The bed... well the linen was reasonable but the mattress was quite firm and the pillows were ordinary. So I slept out of exhaustion but it was not a good nights sleep. Value for this location is as expected.

We recently stayed at this motel in a 1 bedroom self contained unit for 5 nights and it was so lovely. Marj and Andrew are wonderful hosts. Nothing was a problem and when we asked for an early check in our unit was spotlessly clean waiting for us right on time. Everything you could possibly imagine was supplied from glad wrap, baking paper to every need you would want for kitsch utensils and toiletries. The big tv was fantastic and the good sized fridge very much appreciated. The lounge suite and table and chairs were comfy and great. The motel is positioned perfectly to be able to walk over the road to the pub, Chinese restaurant and fish and chips takeaway. The accommodation, pool and grounds have a nice, neat and well looked after feel. I would strongly recommend staying there whether it was for one night or a week. And enjoy the amazing hospitality.

Just the most exceptional motel. Booked 2 apartments, 2 bedrooms in each. Beyond immaculate and the staff were excellent. Resident dog a big highlight for the kids! Comfortable beyond belief and a joy to stay in.

Our favourite place to stay in Moama when visiting the Echuca/Moama area! Very friendly hosts, great position, very well kept property! The 2 bedroom apartments are fantastic like a home away from home! Easy walking distance to the Moama Bowls club and there are shops nearby including the Border Inn Pub! First choice when we visit the area and as regular travellers to Echuca/Moama - we will be back!
