I am so very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay! Your experience upon arrival was certainly far below the usual standard of service that we show our guests!. The Regents Park is under all new housekeeping staff who been trained appropriately to ensure that this never happens again!

Staying in the mansion and exploring the gardens is a constant delight. The fully restored house with 4 bedrooms and modern kitchen and numerous rooms to relax and chill out is first class. With high ceilings and an impressive range of antiques the house is filled with thoughtful touches. The gardens are impressive and well maintained and inviting to explore!

Stayed in the self contained gardeners quarters recently and have nothing but praise for this lovely place! Clean, quirky and tucked away overlooking the pool with some thoughtful extras (snacks and mineral water) it was just delightful! My son and I wandered around the gardens and chatted to staff/owners in the afternoon. The bed was comfy and the room dark and quiet for sleeping. I really had a lovely time and will definitely stay again.
