I will never or give a nice word about my stay I'm so upset with the treatment I received. Management was rude with guests and staff . Making sexual accusations with staff member yesterday. Accusations with my partner and I smoking crack in room when we weren't . Charged fee of smell in room when they have the bins outside our room . Room unserviced . Management sneaking around rooms . U have worked in this industry for over 20 yrs I have never seen so much dysfunction and rudeness from management . Staff need more training in bed making and cleaning bathroom dirty floors rusty shower and hair left on walls floor.hotwater system leaking the list goes on. Not happy I would never recommend any one to stay here 😡

Great personal attention to our needs from manager. Room clean and well set up with desk, bed, chair and TV layout. Aircon efficient (day was 40c). Shower and toilet fine. Tea/coffee and bickies like good old days. Comfortable beds. Easy parking and access. On an off-road from highway so no traffic noise. Very short drive to highway fast food and fuel outlets. Town centre a few turns further along. New management really trying with renovations and friendly service. Would go straight here again when Grafton on route.

I booked in today for a 3 night stay. After a 7+ hour drive I was very tired and for much of that drive going through emotional turmoil as my visit to Grafton is not under happy circumstances. As I was checking in I apologised to the assistant in reception for not taking my dark sunglasses off indoors as I had been crying. He was so genuinely kind and asked me if I was ok, he was soft spoken and conveyed a gentleness and compassion, that really means a lot...what a lovely person to deal with. Truely an asset to his employer. He walked me to my room, explained a few thing and offered his assistance should I need anything. It may not be. 5 star hotel but the bed is very comfortable and the sheets lovely, crisp clean and ironed. The room itself is very clean as is the bathroom and there is an assortment of tea, coffee biscuits and eco friendly utensils. The air conditioning works well and I see there is a nice pool area down the back. The motel is set off the highway a bit and we can hardly hear any traffic, nice open parking bays in front of the rooms. There’s a toaster, kettle, microwave, bar fridge and decent size TV in the room as well as other usual furniture. I’m in room 4 which is quite a good size room with a queen and single bed. Although it’s not a 5 star hotel it gets 5 stars from me based on the outstanding customer service (I think his name was Jason or Justin? Not sure as I was feeling a bit foggy after my sad journey), cleanliness and comfort as well as the fact that it was just a few minutes drive and within walking distance to the local shops such as Coles, take away etc. I would definitely return to stay here if needed in the future.

My partner and I booked a nights stay at Hi-Way Grafton on the merit of there “24 hour checkin” option. To our shock when arriving to the motel just before midnight which was clearly documented on our booking confirmation as requested the location was unstaffed and completely uncontactable but still happily took our money After calling the sites direct phone line over 10 times and emailing directly with no response we were forced to spend the night in our car. Completely incompetent and unacceptable to be put in this situation, stay well and truly clear of this place!

My husband and I have been staying here since January this year for work. Its our second home and we couldn't be more grateful or thankful for the wonderful treatment from the most amazing staff and management who now we consider as family. Nothing is too much for these terrific people. Especially Neil. The Motel itself is beautifully presented, spotless and maintained like no other and located extremely close to everything that you need and is conveniently near the highway which makes it great for travellers. Its a 10 out of 10 for us.
